Hotel RC REGENCY 1 Deep Complex

Don't fall for the 4+ Rating . We were travelling all India and found this hotel.. rooms are clean . But they cut the power Everytime and tell lies.. imagine living in a dark room.. they will turn off the AC too.. good rooms but the service is very bad..

Hi All! Pls don't even think to book this hotel on the basis of reviews. My practical experience is just opposite. This hotel has no management, no service, no hot water & the worst part is no one will pickup the call on reception. Owner is good but his workers are enjoying & don't bother. If visiting for Golden Temple, Suggesting not to book any hotel online, directly visit golden temple & you can easily get amazing location hotel with reasonable prices. Online prices are higher. You can stay at gurudwara as well.

High stars reviews are requested by them.. don't look for ratings it's fake It could have been better.. issue with HOT WATER . They say hot water is available 24 hrs but even after complaining we didn't get enough of it they gave excuses... moreover we had also faced electricity issues. I guess they switch off the main switch but they forget to switch on when we come back. NO ONE AVAILABLE MOST OF THE TIME AT RECEPTION. Bedsheets were also not clean and telephone for communication is also not working.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for visiting amritsar and coming back to this room was very peaceful. The thing I like most is behaviour of Uncle and aunty (owners) the made us feel like if we are somewhere in any family. overall greate memories. -Love from Jaipur

Location is good as its very near to railway station, they have even parking space available if you let them know in advance of ur arrival at hotel. Food is good in taste and value for money it's bit spicy so you can tell them to cook it mild if you need that. Menu is not overpriced much compared to other hotels. It's near Railway Station so far from Amritsar old city hence you would need to take Ericksha preferred to reach any of city attractions and Darbar sahib try and negotiate between Rs 80 to 100 per ride from hotel to old city as they might ask for 150. Hotel is a budget hotel with small room but comfertable, bathroom is small but clean only issue we faced was not hot water was not running 24 hrs.

Behaviour of the owner and manager was awesome but service was very bad. No lift, so always think twice to come with older people. NO ROOM HEATER in 4-5°c also. And they charged extra rupees for it. No CURRENT SUPPLY in charging point. NO TOWELS. Poor water supply in bathroom.

We were able to check-in earlier after an early morning flight. Geysers were working and we were given a very effective heater. Had a very comfortable sleep after a tiring day. Awesome breakfast, loads of (optional) butter. If you want strong coffee, the owner offers you complimentary coffee powder ;) Note: It seems like WiFi doesn't reach the second floor. So, if you depend on WiFi, ask for a room close by. I didn't need it, so no complaints.
