Hotel Platinum Inn

I will suggest everyone plz dont ever booked this hotel because we booked this hotel online at 4:00 am after a long journey from jammu.When we arrived there they bloody dont opened the door.We kept waiting till 7:00 am and after refund was done we left from there and went to another hotel and the excuse was that they were sleeping.How can be one such careless and at the board it was mentioned opened 24 hrs.

BIG NO TO OYO...Let's start the horrible and worst experiences with OYO. We booked a room in a hotel during our Chandigarh visit believe me one hotel can change your opinion about the city. I stayed with my family me ,my wife and two kids booked with OYO hotel in chandigarh (Nayagaun- as per OYO this is in Chandigarh), booking ID W4T76607 in OYO 7372 Platinum Inn from 15th to 18th April. As per picture it was shown in OYO website was very nice Bed rooms, but in actual it was very Small confined room, room had very narrow space.In our first day we raised 6 complaints to OYO but there was no call back and any responses from them. Have reported to OYO customer assistance by multiple times to change the hotel , but not a single response is received from the OYO help desk even after 48 hours of registration of complaint. Now coming to the original horror dream with this hotel.Their washroom seems like public toilet at roadsides .Room was full of mosquitoes, Even no basic animities were there in this hotel like toilet paper,water,proper flush,soap, dustbin, doormat,table/ chair ,tv (only for show),phone (only for show)and forget about the cleaning. If power went then you have to stay without electricity. Their room lock was also not working. We always ask someone to open and close the lock from desk. From our view this is not a family hotel. We used to come to the hotel at night only and whole day i left my family at My friend's home in sector 22. In our 2 days stay no one came from them to ask where if we need anything like water, tea or anything. Whenever we required any towel my kid suppose to go there and ask the same. They even not ashamed of their pathetic service. This room cost is not more than Rs. 100 for single day and only a bachelor can stay. My experience was really pathetic. OYO services is really very deplorable. You are not trustworthy means to go for booking. Very bad experience. Waiting for call from the OYO help desk.

Staff's are cooperative. Nice place to stay for few days. Costs are affordable. Chef is extremely down to earth. Food is also amazing. Overall it's really good staying there. You can go and bargain if it's off season, or booking is not full.

Staff was pleasant. Staff was helpful or cooperative. Room condition was good but a bit tidy. Food was amazing, we stayed their for a night each, it was a cool off vacation. WiFi wasn't working so that was an issue but apart from that it was a great stay and we would love to go back there again. Recommended for everyone

We got saved as we booked it on Oyo and personally visited it,asked hotel staff to show the rooms. Once we saw immediately ran out as we couldn't spare a minute more . Worst place to stay if u traveling with Family. Neither the locality nor the ambience was adequate. Rooms were stinking,bed sheets were dirty. Room was yet to be cleaned, bathroom's condition can't be expressed in words. Please do book at ur risk!

It was the worst choice of mine. It isn't like a hotel. The rooms are suffocating, the hotel staff are rude and not at all co-operative. The hygiene too isn't good there.Air conditioners are listed to be provided but are not functioning. No ventilation in rooms, the windows are sealed, cannot be opened. Room services are late.They have a local TV dth, no Tata sky or airtel whatsoever. So if you wish to watch a particular channel , it's not possible.

4.5/5 actually Booked it via the Oyo app. The staff was nice, decent rooms. The hotel food was great. The complimentary breakfast was decent though. The only problem was no parking facility. But value for money hotel.
