HOTEL ALPS

Low budget hotel, parking available, food available but have to order online to get choice food , manager and staff very cooperative. Nice experience. Good for people coming for company or corporate meetings .

Hotel location is good and have good parking space around the place . Rooms are decent at the price it's being offered .. Even after making booking for 3 adults extra bed they mentioned is chargeable also basic necessities like water and morning tea chargeable ..

Rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel staff is very co-operative. Food is very good. Only one thing which I not like is of room service

Please don't choose this hotel,. Its a nice property but maintenance is very poor. ||||1) Even though we informed well in advance they damn cared to clean the room, they kept cigarette burnt blankets||||2) Even when we complained about, they replaced with another bed sheets with stains. Even though stains are quite visible the room boy had least concern about it.||||3) As other reviews its not i Chandigarh its outside of the city where you don't find options for breakfast and lunch

First of all, the hotel was not in Chandigardh, but in Punjab. Far from Railway station (15 km), sector 17 shooping area. Room was very small and uncomfortable. No other restaurent or food option near by. No convence near by hotel. Food was bad. It was a horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel.

WE 5 doctors went for PGI exam. booked this hotel through JITHENDAR CHADDA as seen in website. but manager THAKKUR escorted to some other lodge nearby saying that some problem in hotel alps at midnight 11. then we threatened the manager by saying we ll inform police. only then he took us 2 alps.||Also they gave bill for 1800 only.. but we have paid 3200 by net. we have never seen such a day robbery and forgery.. so never ever book that hotel through net.. Service was also worst.. no lights in bathrooms.

Not gd at all.. 1st they give me worst room 1st of all there was no telephone where I can order something.. 2nd changing point was not working.. rooms r not cleaned..then I complaint. After that they shifted me in another room..that was quite better..here I feel if something got damage they don't repair it or you can say they don't care about it..n ac is not working properly..so don't want to go one more time.. n one thing I don't want to share some bad pics of this hotel.. which was still in my phone..

Place doesn't boast of anything - the room isn't even maintained, bedding isn't optimum - no tourist information is adequately provided - there are definitely better hotels available at a cheaper price which provide value for money - can be given a miss...!
