Village Utopia Cottages, Tropical Paradise ,Yoga, Palolem ,South Goa

I stayed at village utopia for three weeks and fell in love with the place. It became my little oasis of calm in the chaos outside. I love the nature and tranquil setting. The room was big, well maintained and had everything I needed. The cottages well built and sturdy and i was very comfortable there. I really appreciated the quiet and peaceful environment. Please don’t change!! I can’t wait to return next year. Thank you village utopia.

We had a wonderful stay at Village Eutopia in Goa! The cottage is in a great location, close to the beach and surrounded by lush greenery. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We spent 4 relaxing days here and enjoyed every moment. One of the highlights of the resort is the small pond with beautiful lotus flowers - it's a lovely touch! Overall, we highly recommend Village Eutopia to anyone looking for a peaceful and natural getaway in Palolem. Also the food served was very tasty.

You will get in that place everything one needs for a wonderful and peaceful stay. Friendly and quiet atmosphere, close to the beach and all restaurants with typical and delicious Goan food. The team there is always ready to help with smiling faces and friendly attentions !! Highly recommended as it will only improves as they are quite new ! May you enjoy you stay there as much as I did 🙏

Goa Trip (16 Aug - 18 Aug) After an argument with Kapila Beach Hotel and Resort manager. I moved to Village Utopia Cottages. Cottages are spacious and decently maintained. Owner and family are very friendly and supportive. Location is also very good. Very peaceful.

Beach ⛱️ is Near to resort. Pet friendly resort We went in summer ☀️ due to power cut AC was off it was horrible experience.no water bottles in room. In washroom no shampoo and no basic tooth brush kit. Towels are very very old and dirty.some issue with toilet seat 🚽

The place is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The washrooms were clean and had hot water. The amenities are basic but sufficient. Wifi has decent speed. It is at a walking distance from Palolem beach. Good & affordable eating places nearby serving both local Goan and Indian (Punjabi/South Indian) cuisine. The caretaker is responsive and takes good care of his guests.

Pro:- Near to beach Parking facility Cons:- ~Room basic amenities should be maintained such as Water Mixer was broken down, Bathroom lock was very hard to put, No Water Bottle in room. ~Curtains should be properly placed to maintain privacy. ~No pest control done (Bug,Lizard inside room) ~Since the property is not maintained properly we saw the Snake just outside the room, which is not kids friendly. When we talked to the property caretaker he told us we see snakes very often here. Grass hopkeeper inside the room and other insects as well. ~ No breakfast option and Water facilities in premises. ~Incorrect placement of AC in the room. If the owner works on the above points the place will be the best one to stay with family.

We booked two cottages here. The place is very close to Palolem beach. Cottages were huge, spacious and beautiful. Located in a very peaceful place this place is recommended. The only problem I faced was with the care taker - Akhilesh who was very annoying and he asked for the balance payment immediately when we checked in. He doesn't have manners to speak with people. In absence of Mr. Pravin meena he was the one hosting us. But it seemed he didn't trusted us enough to wait for us to settle down and then talk about the balance payment. Otherwise the place is superb and there's parking space also available here.
