Absolutely beautiful place perfect for nature enthusiasts. Facility is home to diverse plants, butterflies, birds, monkeys, mongoose, and more. Lovely spot for quiet contemplation. Thoughtful, friendly, and helpful staff. All the comforts of home, in the beauty of nature. I plan to return many times! The food was delicious and beautifully prepared and served.

I stayed here for 2 months conducting research on slender lorises. Beautiful property with all the best amenities (wifi, hot water, electricity etc) and great proximity to Mhadei Wildlife Sanctuary. Perfect place for people interested in nature, wildlife and a quiet vacation. Mr. Pankaj Marathe, his family and all the staff are wonderful people who treated me like family during the stay. Even if there happen to be issues during your stay, they will always be ready to help you with whatever you need. Safety and cleanliness is also guaranteed. 10/10 would recommend for tourists and researchers.

My group and I had the best time here, as young women from USA, UK, and South India. Pankaj was so attentive and kind, made us feel safe and secure and took care of everything we needed. We had an iffy trip to Goa in general and this completely re- solidified our reason for coming!! Please visit if you can it’s a hidden gem that brings you to the beauty of Goa, its biodiversity, and agricultural richness.

I visited there with my Family. The way Pankaj and his cousin treated us was just fantastic. They are very down to Earth people with tremendous knowledge about wildlife. They were kind enough to explain to us about everything that we saw. Their farm too is super amazing. Very unique and the owners have given a lot of thought in designing of every minute detail. The food in the farm was delicious. The farm is a very safe and secure place . They offer personalized experience with wild trail in 4by4 Thar which is exhilarating. If you can, then please do visit these guys, they are just fantastic.

We have enjoyed off roading ride, river river sightseeing, waterfall.You guys have given us really good memories to take back home. ❤️

Pankaj, his cousin Pravin are extremely warm people. They made us feel at home right from the time we reached the place. The service is super, the attitude of the staff also was very co-operative and helping. The jeep safari is fantastic! In a, a must visit to rewind and rejuvenate amidst nature. Thank you Team Ojas! Great place if anyone wants to explore different side of Goa ❤️ Thank you Pankaj nd Pravin for being such a great host nd showing us around nd making us feel safe nd comfortable as it was our all girls trip ...I love the jeep rides, waterfall visit, night jungle trale nd star gazing. Looking forward to plan my next trip soon.
