Best location to visit so far. It is actually affordable and worth it. The cheese is fantastic and the stay felt like a second home in nature. A must visit

Location is very good. Nature view is very nice. Host and staff they are very courteous and Friendly. Farm is centrally located, Sula wine, Godavari river bank, Balaji temple, Hanuman Mandir, Trimbakeshwar temple are nearby. Pai farm have themselves develop variety of unique plants and trees, lash green lawn and rooms are equipped with modern amenities and antique collection of furniture and show pieces.They have their own cheese factory. Eight types of cheese they have developed. They also have produced organic soaps wines and delicious chocolate varieties.

Nice homely 3 bedroom house with kitchen drawing room n dining. Surrounded by greens on all sides. It is located very close to Sula and York vineyard. Small water body is very close by, not clear visible from property. Caretaker govind is very courteous All food is homemade only veg only Breakfast is complimentary They can serve lunch and dinner if you inform well in advance otherwise they have menu card for all nearby restaurants u can order . Its little away from the town so dnt expect any market nearby. Its peaceful property with nice green surroundings. They make cheese, chocolate n soap as well though couldn't see it.

The location, stay, ambience and hospitality was worth it. Special thanks to Mrs. Pai for ensuring all the arrangements were made and our stay was hassle free. We had some food quality issue there, but Mrs. Pai was kind enough to resolve it immediately. Do visit this amazing offbeat place. It has all the amenities one would need for an amazing homestay experience. An additional attraction is their Cheese factory.

My friends and I recently spent a weekend at Pai Farms in Nashik, and it was delightful. The lush green surroundings and well-maintained grounds were exactly as advertised, making for a picturesque setting for our getaway. The place was super clean and well-maintained. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. Mr. and Mrs. Pai were incredibly helpful and always responsive. The attendants at Pai Farms were also fantastic. Always at our service, they made sure that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. (Just a caveat though, only vegetarian food is allowed at the premises). Sula is just 2-3 kms away and so are other smaller wineries like York. There are also other activities to explore like go-karting. Finally the Triambakeshwar and other temples are also just a 30-min drive away. Overall, our weekend at Pai Farms in Nashik was a wonderful one and I highly recommend it.

One of the best places I've ever visited. Serene and green. The owners Mr and Mrs Pai are really good hosts Even the caretakers Govind and Sandeep are super good. It's premium property and well maintained. Sometimes we are lost for words when it comes to appreciate a certain place and that's about this place, you need to visit and experience it only then will you be able to know it Excellent is an understatement!!

Pai Farms is a wonderful place. We shortlisted this one after reading the excellent reviews and must say that it was worth visiting. A calm, quiet and serene place. Pleasant mornings with the chirping of birds, a variety of beautiful flowers, lush green trees and the delightful view of river Godawari was sheer happiness 😊 The hosts Anil and Alka Pai are gracious people, their stories inspired us in some way or the other. The food was nice and served timely. The whole Farm house was very neat and clean. The helpers Govind and Sandeep were equally good and provided us all the information to visit the nearby places. A must visit to experience positivity and calmness Dil se 😊
