We recently stayed at Four Elements, Karjat, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the serene surroundings and the beautiful greenery instantly set the mood for a relaxing family getaway. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of nature and comfort. The rooms were clean and cozy, and every little detail reflected the host’s care and effort. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, making our stay feel effortless. The host was excellent, warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food deserves a special mention simple, homely, and delicious, just like a comforting meal made with love. We enjoyed every bit of it. The kids had a great time at the pool and trampoline, while we relaxed and soaked in the peaceful vibes. It’s a perfect spot for families, whether you want to unwind, spend quality time together, or just take a break from city life. The calm atmosphere, natural beauty, and warm hospitality make it a place worth revisiting. Four Elements has definitely made it to our list of favourite weekend getaways, and we’re already looking forward to going back soon! 🌿✨

From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. ✅ Cleanliness: The rooms, pool, and entire property were spotless and well-maintained. ✅ Food: The meals were delicious with great variety and taste. A Refreshing Getaway at Four Elements, Karjat We recently spent a couple of wonderful days at Four Elements in Karjat, and it was the perfect escape from the city. Just about a 2.5-hour drive from Mumbai, the property was easy to find, with the Google Maps location being very accurate. Four Elements is a charming homestay with four beautifully designed cottages, each named after one of the natural elements. The cottages are thoughtfully spaced out, offering plenty of privacy. Ours was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. One side had large French windows that opened onto a lovely garden area; and to our delight, right outside was a trampoline that kept the kids happily entertained! A clothes stand placed nearby was a thoughtful touch, especially useful after a swim. The swimming pool was a big hit, large, clean, and uniformly 4 feet deep, making it safe and fun for both kids and adults. The lush gardens surrounding the property are absolutely gorgeous. It’s clear that a lot of love and care has gone into landscaping the space. We spotted banana, mango, and guava trees, chikoo trees, flowering plants and serene little ponds with fish and lily pads, all adding to the peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Shreyas, who is a chef, prepared many of the meals for us for us himself. The meals were delicious and felt like wholesome, home-cooked food. The hospitality was equally warm, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and made to feel completely at home. The place is serene and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Despite the peaceful setting, there was always something to do; a well equipped game room with table tennis, darts, and carrom added to the fun. There’s ample, safe parking and the entire property is immaculately maintained. The terracotta cottages, greenery, and blue skies made for a calming and rejuvenating environment. The only suggestion we have is to consider an earlier breakfast time, around 8 or 9 AM, which would be ideal for early risers like our family. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, family friendly getaway near Mumbai!

We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property Four Elements in Karjat, just a short 2-hour drive from Mumbai. It was the perfect getaway with family and friends, surrounded by the calmness of nature. The property features four charming cottages that are extremely well maintained, offering both comfort and a cozy, homely feel. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warmth and hospitality of the owners and their family. Special mention to Shreyas, the owner’s son, who was incredibly cooperative, sweet, and went out of his way to ensure that every little detail was taken care of. One of our family members has specific food allergies, and the team took extra care to cater to their dietary needs, preparing meals with special attention and utmost care. It’s rare to find a place that combines such natural beauty with personalized service. We are so grateful for the memorable experience and would highly recommend this serene retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful escape near Mumbai!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Food, Service & Location ★☆☆☆☆ Our experience at Four Elements Resort, Karjat was extremely disappointing and far from what was promised. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or well-managed getaway. Food: The food was a major letdown. It was not served in sufficient quantity and clearly not planned for the number of guests. At lunch, they offered bhindi as the sabji with mutter paneer, which was finished after just four people ate. When we asked for more, the staff casually said there was no sabji left. Dinner was no better—only one sabji was served, and the koftas in it were so hard they were barely edible. Breakfast was a joke. For 19 people, they provided just one small packet of bread in addition to other items under unlimited breakfast, and when that got over, there were no replacements. Worst of all, when we requested dal khichdi for kids, the chef was completely unwilling to cook it. Overall, food quality, quantity, and attitude were all extremely poor. Staff & Service: Service was almost non-existent. Despite multiple reminders, no staff attended to room cleaning, table cleaning after lunch, or general maintenance. Blankets were not provided for all members at night—some of us had to sleep without one in uncomfortable conditions. Hospitality and responsiveness were severely lacking. Connectivity & Location: The resort is in a very remote area with absolutely no proper connectivity. Even locals couldn’t guide us to the location. There were no name boards or signboards—not even one outside the resort itself. It was unnecessarily difficult to find and extremely inconvenient. --- Overall, Four Elements Resort seems to be poorly managed, with no attention to guest experience, basic amenities, or service. We had a frustrating stay and would strongly advise others to avoid this resort until serious improvements are made.

Rooms were nice, spacious , aesthetic and clean. Pool was very big and clean too. The only problem was with the food… not at all tasty and very limited. We were a group of 19people and some of us didn’t even get 2nd sabzi as it got finished. They only had one cook and he cooked for all 19 of us veg non veg both.. very hectic for him as they did a lot of cost cutting over food. The staff said that some of you might have ate more. Why will someone eat more than their normal capacity no one from us was overly eating. You just cannot tell your customer that you ate more. Staff should be increased for cooking. Even when we said we will pay extra make veg biryani for us he was not ready as he was alone. When we said no problem we will order from outside please help us with that even at the time staff did not cooperate. Overall the experience was ok.
