Patel Farm Homestay

I stayed here during my film shooting.and the space is so beautiful surrounded by good mountains views and strawberry farms.clean and neat rooms and Shariqbhai is very good caretaker.rooms are very spacious and with big balconies.. overall best place for family holidays, trips with friends and for couples..all the tourist locations are nearby.. between 2 to 10 Km..! I went kates point and it's just 2 Km away from This homestay..treat yourself with early morning walks in forest...!

A perfect place for a well deserved vacation stay. Everything was just perfect. Family, friends, couples, kids all can have a great stay here. Very well maintained, amazing interiors, clean rooms, bathrooms, every room has balconies, few rooms have a common very big balcony used for having food or cooking. Ample parking space within the property. Not too far from town and other visiting places around. It has its very own Strawberry garden(November - January is the strawberry season usually). The owner Mr. Patel himself and his family were very friendly and helpful in everything. They only do the caretaking of property. I just loved the stay. Would surely recommend staying with families and friends. I would love to choose this place as a vacation stay for 2-3 days. Tip : Do carry a small Cello Tape for bathroom curtains unless you are okay with it, and you'll thank me...😜

We were stay for 03 days at Patel farm homestay. Shafiq was a care taker. He was polite and co-operative. Nice service and all attractive location was near by of this farm homestay. We enjoyed a lot. Highly recommend to stay at here.

Excellent place. The owner of the property Mr. Patel takes care of guests like his extended family members. Location is excellent. Food prepared was absolutely delicious. Rooms are very clean, and view of the mountains and sunrise from back side rooms are amazing. Highly recommended for families or couples. We had 3 rooms with families and kids and enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Thanks to Mr Patel and his family for taking care of the guests.

Excellent view and aura. Peaceful stay with 10/10 tasty home cooked food. Staff engaged in this farmhouse are super polite and down to earth. Much appreciated 👍 job. An unforgettable experience ☺️. Marvelous customer service.

Shafique bhai who is the owner himself helped me carry the bags to the room. Room was clean and tidy, stay was as comfortable as it could get with amazing view. If you visit nearby, do not think twice as the owner is really genuine and customer caring. Thanks for hosting us.

Probably the best homestay in mahableshwar. They have everything you will need. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are well made with all the amenities. They have 24 hrs hot water, ac, wifi and also power backup. The food is delicious, healthy and homestyle with reasonable prices!
