Nice place to spend quality time with family and friends. Care takers were good. Nice and clean rooms. Ample parking space, best swimming pool. Most important beach is just 5 minutes walking distance from bunglow. Pure veg food was also the best part.

The bungalow in that place is OK OK. It needs some repairing/updation, but their main USP is a big lawn and swimming pool. You can definitely consider this place if you are traveling in a group of 10-15 people. The food there is local and amazing. They will serve you your wish. Also the beach is at 5 mins walking distance.

Stayed during April 23. It is also known Happy Vibes on Airbnb. It is huge farm house spreading across an area more than acre of land. The farm house is in Kashid, 200 mts from the Murud-Alibag main road and is just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The villa building is huge with 4 large bedrooms with 4 double beds. 2 bedrooms on ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Extra beds are provided on request. We were 12 friends and had an enjoyable stay. Bedrooms are fitted with Split ACs and all 4 ACs worked perfectly fine giving good cooling. The whole villa was adequately clean including bathroom and toilets. Toiletries and towels are provided on request. There is a large living room, 300+ sq.ft with furniture and dining table. There is a lush green lawn outside the building. You can relax on the lawn, have your dinner. The entire farmhouse /villa is managed by 2 caretakers Chetan and Keshav & their families. Caretakers are residing on the farm house itself and are available, 24 hours. Caretakers are extremely cooperative and flexible. They accept smallest of request . We had given our request for assorted food menu ( only vegetarian, out side non veg food, not allowed) for snacks, dinner and breakfast, one day in advance mentioning the timing. Food was served dot on time and it was delicious and very economical. For 3 servings, evening snacks, dinner and breakfast with good variety, per head cost was near ₹500/-. There is a decently sized swimming pool inside the farm house. Water is clean. Swimming Pool is well maintained. Villa offers wifi which worked very well for us. The premises is under CCTV and offers safety. Overall, we had thoroughly enjoyable stay at Happy Vibes ( Jain Farm House). Strongly recommend.

The place is amazing with good service. This is a farm house with amazing spacious lawn. The Swimming pool was clean. The highlight is the beach which is at a distance of 5 mins walking. The property is well maintained with a slight room for improvement in furniture. We had a blast in this place and recommend others to check it out.
