Arwa farm stay was cozy and comfortable. Food was delectable and home-cooked. The staff were very cooperative and courteous. Arwa stay is in the lap of nature very far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You can hear bird's melody, rustling of leaves best place for nature lovers and even for art lovers too as they displayed various art forms. The place have positive vibes very inviting and warm. The owner has created each corner thoughtfully. You can definitely learn here how to be a part of nature without disturbing it. Great place for 3 R's Relax, Rejuvenate and Refresh.

I'm going to share an honest one with both the things - what I liked and what I feel has scope of improvement. Good ones The place, food (toooooo good) and rooms. It's very comfy and cosy and feels like it is your home. Friendly staff who makes the best meals for you. Over all and nice place to relax and slow down. Scope of improvement The owner (Mr. Fawzan) was very caring and spoke well but showed a bit more possessive behaviour at times. Eg. We were chilling at the dining table outside and he kept forcing us not to eat chips or chakna as "Biryani khatam nahi hogi". Though his intentions were right, like food should not be wasted, as adults we thought 3-4 reminders were not needed. We assured him the first time that we will finish the biryani even if we are munching on chips and the biryani was so tasty that we just loved it. But the over possesive behaviour was the only tad bit of a concern. But that doesn't make a lottt of difference because the place has very good vibes . So highly recommend people to go and enjoy the stay

Arwa Farms is in Dahanu, which is 2.5-3 hours away from Mumbai and is accessible both by road and rail. We took the train from Borivali (local and express both are available) and got a rickshaw to pick us up at the station and drop off at the Arwa Farms (contact details provided by the owner Fawzan). |It’s a sprawling organic farm and provides a great weekend break from the hustle bustle of Mumbai. Also, their instructions are super easy and clear – tariffs, TEA is complementary and available as many times as you want!!!. Rules are easy – just carry your toothbrush and towel|Even tough there was some issue with our booking - the warmth and the amazing organic food more than compensated for it throughout the stay. It’s a 24-people place where you can book individually for a couple or even the entire area. The property is pet-friendly and had various experience such as walks around the farm, visiting the farm animals (goats, ducks, cows, hens), various indoor games and a good book collection along with a mud bath. The highlight was the Machan Terrace where I had my afternoon siestas for both days of my stay. The price point is very affordable for what they are trying to provide and nurture and exceptional local organic food prepared by Swati and her team!!!|The property is a brick wall house (helps the space breather) with beautiful interiors and artifacts collected from various travels. Please be mindful that it is a homestay so treat it as your home and do not expect hotel-like hospitality and enjoy and relax here with a warm friendly staff and no check-in check-out times!!!

Arwa Farms falls short of anything I will write. The best part about this lovely home is that it allows pets . The ambience is rustic , woody and homely . And the thought process behind all their home artifacts has been thought through . And everyone on their team Swati , Fatima , Francis , Fawzan sir and Ramesh are hospitable and lovely . Swati makes the most amazing local and Maharashtrain food . That have youu licking your fingers . Thank you for an amazing stay will be back surely with my family .

Loved the stay so much. Can't thank enough for the lovely welcome and the warmth they made us feel throughout the stay. Our dog also loved the stay. Never saw him this happy. And especially if you love food I mean authentic food then go nowhere else. I think stay prices are good but food is a bit expensive. Maybe they can work on it but overall the best stay I have experienced. And above all its pet friendly!

An unmatched experience of a true farmstay. Beautiful property, unmatched hospitality, a genuine experience of sustainable living and to top it all, the most amazing food! The cherry on the cake was the interaction with Fawzaan, who is such an inspiring creative person which reflects in how he has designed and nurtured this haven. This place leaves you rejuvenated and awed by how nature and man-made can coexist in a beautiful synergy! Thank you Fawzaan and your team members for giving us a memorable time. We would keep coming to Arwa.

Absolutely loved it. Earthy but classy vibe. The food is from the farms! The property is breathtaking. The staff/caretaker family makes lip-smaking fresh local breakfast. The owner Mr. Fawzan is awesome and helps you with everything you need. Preferably bring a 4 wheeler or a 2 wheeler with you for easy accessibility. Oh yes, everything about the property is worth clicking pictures of! IT'S PET FRIENDLY - BRING YOUR FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS ALONG!
