If you are planning a trip with family or friends. Thinks 1000 times as you would get highly disappointed with the place. Except the location there is nothing you can highlight as good. They charge 100% advance unlike anyone as it’s kbkwn to them that no one would pay a penny after seeing this horrific place. Please don’t get carried by pics as the reality is worst. Absolutely poor hygiene despite being owned by Doctor himself. No water purifier and you have to buy for water. There is no connection of 4 bedroom upstairs and 3 on downstairs. One common bathroom in pathetic condition for 3 bedrooms. You need special skills to walk from first floor to ground floor as it’s highly slippery and one could get fractured easily. The utensils used in kitchen to housekeeping stuffs in rooms is better not spoken. Owner makes big claims but worst quality of place, service which you must know.

I would suggest people not to visit this place . Because we did our booking much in advance also paid almost 35,000 rs as advance ,this was for two nights. There is this Kiran K who is the caretaker/ manager of the bungalow . This person is very sleazy Just about a week before vacation this Kiran calls us and tells us that his owner had committed to his doctor freinds the bungalow . How can someone do such a thing . Probably this is all cooked by this Kiran , we feel the owner is also not aware of the same . He must have got a group for some wedding reception paying more for the place . Wr had to cancel our trip and last minute we were not able to get any other place . So overall we had a very bad experience . I would request one and all please refrain from going to this place . Please spread it within your freinds and relatives .

its worst place i have ever visited. I visited this place with my office colleagues ( 25 persons). they gave us 7 rooms. room was not clean n also there are lots of insects in rooms. when we went for dinner food quantity was only for 10 persons. no proper management of food. no food quality. they committed false promises. even they did't provide drinking water. no extra mattress & bed sheet for extra people. we also told them no.of persons to come at place. but arrangement was poor.

Placed at one the best picturesque location. Experience the morning with chirping of birds and get some basking on well maintained lawn enjoying yoga or just sipping your morning beverage. Perfect weekend getaway to spend with your loved once. Place has a decent and courteous staff. Facility though not top notch provides required necessities. Try eating local delicacy which are well prepared by local staff. Mr Kiran Kholambe is person to be appreciated for his promptness in arranging any specific requirements.

If you want to connect to the nature and enjoy the luxury stay please visit this place. Morning full of bird voices and beautiful dam view. The place is specious , neat and clean. Its close to dam so you can play in water or enjoy the beautiful serene. My stay here was for two days and it was worth every penny. My entire family loved it and kids requesting me to take the place again.

Out of 7 rooms only 3 rooms have an attached washroom. Towels were not provided. Food was not tasty. No heater for hot water. Also no drinking water was provided.

Visited one of the villas on the 23.07.2022 with our family. We were 39 members which had senior citizens too. The villa provided to us was pathetic and had below par facilities and amenities. Firstly the path leading to the villas and our rooms is designed by some nut case. It was so slippery that many of us fell. There was no power supply most of the time inspite they having a generator. There was no cleanliness in the rooms provided at all, as rooms were infested with insects-cockroaches and bed bugs. Multiple bookings for the same villa were made maybe from different portals. Fortunately we were lucky to arrive first to get the occupancy. Imagine our plight had we reached late finding the villa to be occupied by someone else and left stranded with senior citizens. Food was of poor quality absolutely below par. The owner and manager had prior knowledge of the number of members arriving then too adequate mattresses and pillows were not provided. To top this all-instead of addressing our complaints we were abused by Mr. Gurcharan Sethi(property manager) when we tried to contact and inform him about our woes. Staff available there to attend the villas is also not at all competent. The only solace and saving grace was the location of the property which is amazingly beautiful other than this we have felt absolutely cheated with the way their website promotes this property . We shall not recommend anyone to visit this property as there maybe far more better properties available to relax and enjoy such a location. We had a difficult time here and honestly we can go on and on with the list of our complaints but it’s pointless wasting more time on this as we actually have ruined our weekend by wasting our time and money. Our suggestion is to avoid visiting this property..and DO NOT STAY HERE.

Wonderful place for atleast 3-4 families. Big rooms, big balconies facing vaitarna river. Superb garden. Nice sit out. Good staff. Ample parking area. Food is good, can be better. Pls plan for games, ur drinks else you will be bored. Drive towards the farm is wonderful n scenic. You do get network coverage. Don't forget to get down on vaitarna river n enjoy the scene n water.. It's worth one night visit.
