1️⃣ Very disappointing experience. The swimming pool was completely empty and we were told it was under maintenance only after arrival. When we asked for a refund, staff assured us the pool would be filled “soon,” but it never happened the entire night. 2️⃣ We felt misled. The pool was unusable and staff kept saying it would be ready shortly. We waited for hours, but nothing changed. Refund was not processed despite repeated requests. 3️⃣ The main attraction was closed and no prior information was given. Staff gave false assurances about refilling the pool, which never happened. Very unprofessional handling. 4️⃣ Poor transparency. The pool was empty and staff kept telling us it would be filled soon. We stayed the whole night and nothing happened. No proper refund response either. 5️⃣ Extremely frustrating experience. We were promised that the pool would be operational shortly, but it remained empty all night. Rooms were average and staff behavior was not satisfactory. 6️⃣ The swimming pool was dry and we were repeatedly told it would be filled. That promise was never fulfilled. When we requested refund due to the empty pool, we were told to wait as it would be filled. It never happened. 1️⃣6️⃣ We expected honesty from management. If the pool was not functional, they should have clearly informed us instead of giving false hope. 1️⃣7️⃣ Very disappointing. Pool closed, rooms average, and staff kept delaying instead of giving a clear answer. No proper compensation provided. 1️⃣8️⃣ Lack of transparency and accountability. The pool was dry and we were kept waiting with repeated promises. 1️⃣9️⃣ The entire night passed while we waited for the pool to be filled as promised. It was never done. We had an amazing experience at Sukoon Farm! The property truly lives up to its name – full of peace, comfort, and luxury. The farmhouse is just 18 km from Jaipur, making it very convenient for weekend getaways and celebrations. The highlights for us were the big swimming pool, rain dance area, lush green garden, and spacious party hall. The 4 luxury rooms with Jacuzzi were super clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included and delicious, and the staff was very cooperative. The best part is the flexibility – you can either book the entire farmhouse or just a single room for ₹5,999 with full pool access. Perfect place for birthday parties, destination weddings, or even a relaxed family staycation. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a luxury farmhouse in Jaipur within budget. Totally worth it!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The staff who know how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped, and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could feel the cool breeze. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. The service was top-notch, as always. The bed comfort and the swimming pool cannot be beaten. Additionally, this is an extremely large property. Luxury farm in Jaipur 10/10
