Hotel location is good , main highlight is Panjtara Restraunt , only drawback is staff , they are rude and arrogant . As it is established restaurant so they don’t care much about customer. Live music is good

1. I wasted 30 mins in the morning to get the toiletries. They didn’t pick up the call. I had to go to reception and collect them. 2. Room service is so worst than anything. They didn't pick up the call for orders and have rude attitude. 3. When you charge 6k per night, you expect them to provide at least mineral water bottles. They just provided a flask with normal water. They are giving low quality mineral water. 4. Staff is not supportive at all and didn't helped us for rental cab even when we requested for the same.This was worst experience for stay. Please don't book here. RATINGS ARE FAKE.

I specifically installed this application to praise the hard work and smartness of the sweet lady who had been taken care of us during our whole stay. Cheers to GEETA for her amazing attitude and cheerfulness. Hospitality needs people like her.

One of the best places to stay at the heart of Kasol. I booked a Deluxe room and they have upgraded it to a Super deluxe wooden room. Polite staff, good food and the cafe is awesome.

What an absolutely delightful little hotel. It’s clean, with a lovely family suite and a large bathroom and a balcony that has a beautiful view. The location is excellent, with cafés and the market around. The restaurant has such a fabulous, happy vibe and that definitely adds to the charm of the hotel. The cheerful young girl Geeta at the reception does a wonderful job! Happy, positive soul with a bright smile on her face always. And above it all, it’s pet friendly, which just made it absolutely perfect for me!

Hello Everyone, I visited the place with my family in the Month of March, and we really liked everything about the place.. . Do check it out for sure .. . ||The Food is Good, ambience awesome, live music and everything about the place is magical.. . ||Loved the location which is at the exact entry point of the Chalal Trek and am extremely thankful to all the Staff, and first and foremost, the real rockstar "Setu" Madam for helping us throughout our stay with all the required facilities for a very very very comfortable stay.. . You made every second of our stay from start to finish .. . a great memory for us to cherish forever.. . ||Thanks once again and guys do visit this amazing property, do relish the yummilicous food, enjoy music with a great and sooo mind blowing lively restuarant and a great stay at this hotel.. . Its completely worth it .. . Thanks once again for hosting us.. . It was indeed a pleasure .. . :)||"Rainbow Inn" is the name where the magic happens in Kasol. :):):)
