schanagzer lodge and cafe

We stayed with Parneet and his family for 6 nights in preparation for our motorbike trip to Ladakh and again for another 2 nights upon our return. The location was very peaceful, rooms clean, food excellent and the ambiance pleasant; we felt at home. Furthermore, Parneet went out of his way to help us with everything from accomodation, food, travel advice, and bike tools. We highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

A small place right around the corner of village Shanag called the Schanagzer Lodge is extremely gorgeous and shares the view of Lahual-Spiti, Rohtang Pass, Manali Valley and Solang all at one place. The owners of the place Mr. Nanikchadji and his son Parneet are very friendly and helpful. The best I can ask for on a solo trip! ❤️

The owner of the place is very nice plus their roof top cafe is amazing for night star gazing and food was amazing. Old Manali is walking distance from here. Plus ample of parking space

The hotel is located in the midst of an apple orchid. Loved the beauty of the views from the rooms and balcony. The place is nice and food is good.
