This hotel is located near to the sea, just a 100 meter away from it. If you have booked the sea view rooms, you will enjoy the sunset from your room. If you enjoy water, this may be the perfect choice. You can enjoy your day from the sea. The staffs are good. They help you if you need anything. This does not have its own restaurant. However the staffs can bring you the kind of food you like. If you ask them to bring it from a vegetarian restaurant, they fulfil your choice. ||||One of the staff of the hotel helps us in sea swimming and surfing actives. He is a lifeguard. For the first time I am swimming deep into the sea.. and it thrills.. Also if you love fish and sea foods.. you can get them fresh ..||||Also the staffs helps you to arrange cabs, auto, sikhara, houseboat etc...

Me and my friends spent one day and one night at this hotel . The rooms and property are same like the site shown pictures . We where really enjoyed the day .. and the one staff of the property Mr.Anil (the life guide of beach ) he take us to the beach and teach us for swim .. thank you Anil for the care ... there is no restaurant but they takes order and deliver from the nearest restaurant .. the food and the price are reasonable. . The staff are very careing us ... thank you oceanus residency

Overall, a great deal for accomodations in aleppey. Close to The Beach by foot, easy access to the Tube, great all-you-can-eat continental breakfast, very small but clean rooms. No frills or thrills, just the basics with high speed wifi.|| Also, loved the very ethnic neighborhood. We were right next to a church, so got to hear the calls for prayer and lots of peoples and shops with very colorful dresses.||We would stay there again next time, for its reasonable price, good breakfast, good and safe location, easy access to center, friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. (The rooms are very small, so just be prepared!)

The staff is courteous n really helpful. We reached on late on the night of Bandh/strike, the staff arranged some really tasty dinner for us. On top of that one of us wasn't feeling well but the staff made sure we found a good doctor nearby. The place is on the beach itself. Nice place for budget stay. They even help you with bike/scooter on rent at nominal rates.

I stayed one night with family. Rooms were cleaned but need some more attractive measures. There was bad experience of lack of north Indian foods. It is true that back side of the Hotel shows the Sea beauty, but food for north Indian may be provided some improvement.

Great place to stay with access to beach which is about 10 steps away. The care taker and family is so warm. They gave me bike to go around the city and those people even got me food from restaurants. Great attitude people. Only issue here is that the transportation into the city from here is little less.

The work was not complete and painting works were going on while we reached. Rooms will be good and nice if somebody goes after 1 week. It's is situation next to the beach.. it is a good experience in that sense. You can enjoy the beauty of calm allepy beach from your room.

Affordable home near the beach. The caretaker is a good friend to have.He is a lifeguard and a very friendly person.You can express the ocean and the fishing boats with him on his little raft. He is a good tour guide and can recommend you all the best places around. A great person to explore Kerala with .He made our trip in Kerala memorable..
