Riviera Residence Stay Vista

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the location was perfect. They provided great recommendations for places to visit and explore, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was worst kept place i visited anytime. No caretaker, no help when required. (Excuse was busy on Christmas)!) There were : 1. No decent dining table 2. No  wash basin after eating to clean 4. No complete sofa set 5. No kitchen or any platform arrangement to do some kind of heating/preparing. 6. No Microwave oven. 7. No Extra pillows 8. No Extra towels 10. No bathing liquids, soaps 11. Unclean refrigerators 12. Unclean drawers 13. No Clean mirror in bath 15 No arrangement for cleaning house for 2 or 3 days during the guest stay. 16 No dustbin 17 No working TV sets. (There are 3 numbers as decorative pieces) 18 No "Bed n Breakfast"...!!! 19 No Tea maker n tea bags, whitener.

We stayed at this place for a day. We rented the whole place for our big family (8 people). The stay was very pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We didn't use the kitchen but is available if you need to use. The beach is near and the shops are around the corner. You get auto rickshaws near the home. The best part of our stay was the host. There were amazing. Both Watson and Balagopal made our stay very pleasant and memorable. Thank you. I would sure recommend this place and will stay when I go back.

Excellent welcome and service. Very good value for money. Helpful and services beyond our expectations and requests - for example use of scooter to go to dinner. In between beach and town. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Simple but good breakfast. Definitely recommended. Thanks!

Good place in town. Clean and well kept place. Helpfull and nice staff. Good standard on rooms. Noisy street but with earpluggs no problem sleeping.|Walkingdistans to boatjetty.|No brekfast included but not far away to hotell Royal that had it.

I Stayed here for 3 Nights. This spot is just 1.5 to 2 Km away from the sea beach. Good Home Stay, but very small. Rooms were good, bit the AC was not working fine. No good restaurants nearby you have to walk 1 KM minimum.

This is truly a home away from home when you visit allapuzha. They arranged shikaara rides for us,gave good suggestions about restaurants,places to visit, places not to visit and what not. The caretaker is available 24/7 at the residence. Our room was comfy and we were provided an extra mattress for minimal charges. Overall, it was great staying here and i would definitely recommend it to any family, friends or couples planning a trip.

This place is closer to a busy road than it looks on the photos but most places in Alleppey seem to be. The owner is super friendly. The room at the front on the first floor was too noisy so we moved to the one on the ground floor which was much quieter. Aircon and bathroom were good and rooms were very clean.
