An ordinary lodging place with medium sized rooms. It has main road frontage access. And scene view from these rooms are also engaging.

If you have lot of money and don't know how to spend it you can be here. Strictly money minded people, charge you affordable package but will end up paying for anything you ask for. The itinerary they put into for these packages are gimmicks. Kanthalloor could be more beautiful but we couldn't figure it out even after spending 3 days. They took us to places which were clearly visible from the stay in the name of sightseeing. I'm feeling guilty for planning this trip with my friends, total waste of time and money. One good thing is they have a good cook who can provide you tasty food. But if you ask for anything else apart from what they serve you for the package. You will feel like sitting on a star hotel for the charge [asked us 750rs for 1kg of tandoori chicken we requested] They made us feel like Kanthalloor is not worthy tourist place. Unhygienic rooms, They literally cheated us in whatever they van. Please find some other good place 🙏.

Worst ever experience with them, we paid half of the amount as advance. As soon as we reached the resort they asked us to full balance amount. Rooms were unhygienic, flies, hairs every where. Not worth the amount we spent on this vacation. People who cheat can't sustain longer in hospitality industry.

It was a pure.bliss. loved all the services starting from welcome and the best part is the food. Irrespective of veg or non veg. They have magic in their hands. Loved it and would recommend everyone who wanted to experience adventure and enjoyment with family and friends. 💖💖💖

We 6 of our friends are stayed here for 1N/1D Package(end of Feb). Let's start with positive things. ->Hospitality in the resort is excellent. ->Food really delicious. Bcz they have their own kitchen. ->Resort staffs allways try to fulfill our request/requirements.(If expecting out of the package). ->Wifi having problem during our check-in but it was restored by the evening. ->Dish/Cable connections are not restored till we check out. But we didn't consider its great draw back, bcz we went there to enjoy the climate not to be stay in rooms. ->Those who wish to stay away from regular populated tourist spots. This is good one place to enjoy the climate. Negative or things to consider. The climate is not up to the mark in day time, but the night climate is too chill. Off-road drive to otha malai is the only drive which makes us most thrilled. Rest of the places are completely useless. *If you may book this resort from any other operating agency, plz ensure while check in with resort all the promised things are covered in your package. Bcz it completely different., And the agency may not attend your phone calls once after your check-in.(own experience)*

Money minded people, took us only few hrs of sightseeing. Unhygienic rooms, cheated us by charging 6K for dropping us in Udumalpet. Jeep drivers will tell you numerous lies and shorten your trip all days.

Excellent service and hospitality... Resort manager Mr. Kumar service is best.. Sight seeing arrangement are high level.. Especially WILD ELEPHANT VILLAGE VISIT OVER NIGHT ( VILLAGE JEEP TOUR ).... South Indian food , Bonfire with DJ MUSIC and Non-Veg snacks are awesome... Rooms are average .. Overall worth for money..
