Extremely friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast (especially the pancakes). The location is good, walking distance to the central areas. The room is nice, clean and with good AC for a very good price. I would totally recommend!

My stay was great, The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, there is complimentary water bottles. Hot water and a great shower. They let me check in early and also gave recommendations for places near by

The family was super friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in in the middle of the night. The room was very cute and clean. Bathroom with hot water. Breakfast was included and very tasty, I had the pancakes. Everybody was really kind and super helpful, they really helped me out a lot with all my issues. Thanks again for everything! 💜 Warmly recommended!!

Excellent. Fortis rooms is a Homestay, similar to a B&B. Although the rooms are basic and utilities are basic also. The service from the owners/family there was above and beyond. Extremely friendly and helpful. We were made to feel most welcome and any questions we asked were happily answered or accommodated. I was worried about asking too much but they obliged Everytime. Obviously they are a business so might charge for things like washing…..but it was extremely reasonable and much cheaper than anywhere else I’ve stayed. It was comfortable and made more so if requested. Value was spot on. 5 stars

Great homestay with a really friendly and accommodating host family. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is wonderful. Absolute recommendation! Thank you for everything. If we actually come to Kochi again, we will definitely come back.

Stayed three days, easy counter check in , Budget hotel , spruce n tidy rooms, all amenities, washroom fittings and furniture are brand new, located at suitable location, comfy mattresses. Perfect for bag packers, and group stay.

No ups, no drinking water, fans are not working, no hot water,nothing. Just four walls closed with doors. Simply waste.
