Treebo Anchor Inn

We had a generally fine stay, but there were a few snags that are inevitably affecting the review score. Our room was very well-appointed and clean, but we rarely had hot water. Also, no matter how many mosquitos we killed and the fact that we kept doors and windows closed at all times, there were always more to feast on us at night. The lack of a waste bin in the bathroom was a little inconvenient. Breakfast is served on one large table, so we always had to wait for other guests to eat before us. Funnily enough, even if we showed up before anyone else, we were still made to eat after the other guests, which slowed the beginning of our day. Food-wise it was a fine breakfast. The location was ok, but we wished we had been closer to the main amenities. The staff was absolutely lovely.

We booked ac double bed room through MMT and upon arrival the room was ready to check -in. The room was well maintained and every room amenity was working properly. Staying in the room didn't make feel like hotel rooms rather the rooms are like home stay rooms. The service guys are also well behaved and prompt. They provided us complimentary breakfast too. Highly recommended if you would like to stay near fort kochi beach. The place is quiet and serene and one should enjoy it.

This place is a great value for money , The location is easily accessible and near to beach.I booked a single room which was spacious and nice .It has got Air conditioning,safe locker,wardrobe,TV ,coffee maker etc. The bed sheet & towel had stains ,everthing else was superb.A little maintanace will make it more attractive. Highly recommend for a pocket friendly short stay .

Do not recommend at all. Extremely bad maintenance on the property. Please check the pictures of the sheets and the couch. I travelled with my mom. Our checkin was delayed by 3hours. We were able to checkin only at 5pm and zero cleanliness. The sheets were soo bad, we don’t even know if they changed them before letting us in. The doors don’t lock properly, we couldn’t sleep at peace coz it wasn’t safe. We also had an itchy feeling on the bed all through the night. Had zero sleep! They also didn’t give any instructions on the wifi or even the key when we checked in. Only when we left we realised that keys weren’t placed. Please don’t go for this property. My friends have stayed here in the past and it was good back then but now it’s become terrible. And we paid almost 3k for one night.

The rooms are well maintained. Friendly staffs. Network issue but fully loaded with wifi. Room cleaning is available only in the morning.

Roomes are awesome. & The atmosphere was unbelievable. Totally was amazing the spiceal mention reception boy Abhilash .& The take career helpers who served our breakfast sucha kind people. The memories i can't forget love from MANGALORE ❤️

We arrived at the entrance of the inn at 2.30am with no booking due to a mishap with the original homestay we had booked where the owners did not arrange reception for us and left us standing outside knocking and calling for over an hour to no avail all whilst getting eaten alive by mosquitos.|Coming off a late flight and this being our first time in India we were exhausted and anxious. Amlash (I hope I got his name right) was an absolute angel, he got us sorted for our 5 night stay and he and his entire team were accommodating, polite and most importantly honest. He even paid our cab fare there as the driver didn't have change and we reimbursed him the next day when we got ourselves settled.|The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the hot water and AC worked fine and there was no issues with noise, I do concur with other reviews regarding better ventilation in the shower but that is a minor detail when you consider the service and kindness of the staff.|I sincerely hope the owners of Anchor Inn reward the staff well. They are absolute gems. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is a simple but attractive property, clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly, and a hearty breakfast of your choice is served in the kitchen downstairs. The beds are comfortable and large, and the bathrooms are large and modern. The area is quiet and has a village-like atmosphere, and is about 15 minutes walk from the main attractions of Fort Kochi. I heartily recommend the Anchor Inn.
