See, its old guest house with all facilities like shower, attached bathroom, near to railway station, bus stand, collectorate but there's no pure veg restaurant nearby. You've to travel atleast 800m for pure veg restaurant Akshaya, near private bus stand, busy area. But looking at its tariff, its reasonable. But reception manager are very cooperative, helpful, they'll provide you all the help.

It's an under rated hotel..which is in the middle in the town and near to the railway station...if u want to have near to the station it's a perfect one! And the reception are so friendly and can arrange an auto or cab to the near by tourism places. Definitely recommend stay for family and friends!

I visited this location alone, and it offered a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It's a great place for friends to stay, especially for a one-day trip. The location is conveniently near the town center, with restaurants, medical shops, and a supermarket nearby. The only issue I encountered was mosquitoes, but they do provide mosquito repellent. Another downside is that they charge extra for drinking water. Overall, it's a decent place to stay.

Perfect for a 1 night stay. Just 1400 rs for an AC Room, spacious room with hot water and tv. The room s not fancy but very neat and spacious. Location is perfect, right next to the main road near collectorate but in a corner so the traffic wouldn't bother ur sleep at all.

Good experience in terms of stay and room size, comfort even for bachelors. Room cleaning service could be improved but overall a great and reasonable stay in Kottayam town with just 10mins walk from station.

Quite a fine stay for very competitive rates. There's nothing fancy about it, but nothing bad either. The rooms are neatly maintained and the bathrooms are fine too. The periphery of the stay is very peaceful despite being located very close to the road that connects the collectorate to a busy junction and is also quite close to the railway station. The hospitality of the staff, particularly the receptionist Sajeesh, is very warm and courteous. I'd strongly recommend this place to those who are looking for comfy stays at reasonable prices.
