That was very amazing service and the man who was in the reception was very good in speaking and the rooms were very clean service was very good the tea they gave us in mrg was too nice location was such amazing in mrg we came down and saw the hills that was very amazing.

Location is good as there are restaurants close by, room is neat and clean. Manager/owner is very friendly and polite. But room is very small and hot water will be available only from 6am to 9am. Also parking is not available, you will have to park the car along the road side (like 30 meters away from hotel).

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Room and Room Manager left much to be desired. While I had high hopes for a smooth and efficient process, I was met with numerous frustrating situations that impacted my overall satisfaction. Moreover, the room manager's handling of my concerns left much to be desired. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was palpable, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory stay.

The place was too bad.They didnt clean the bed .it gad hair strips .Also they didnt provide hot water.We called them twice to turn on hot water and it was turned on only after 30 mins. We were stwpping away for dinner after check as it was late when we reached.The owner stopped us to pay before going out.Even we had paid 60%money earlier fot hotel booking.

Chill Munnar boarding hotel. Very economical. Humble and kind owners specially the entire family. . make us feel comfortable. Very close to Munnar bus stand. Parking not available.

Value for money , it's not spacious but staying is possible , inside the Munnar town that a real advantage compared to the price point, best go out side for food There no parking lot need to use public parking space

Okayish. Small room for a nominal price. We paid 800 for double bed room. If you are travelling on a budget to Munnar, you can stay here...
