I recently spent 3 weeks at My Travel Home and found it perfect for my needs. Conveniently located across from the Technopark and only a short ride to Trivandrum center the apartment offers ideal accommodation for professionals working in the Technopark, or tourists wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is clean, well equipped and offers beautiful views over the Arabian Sea. The pool is large, the gym is fine and for the racket ball enthusiastic there is a good game of badminton or squash to be had with the local IT professionals living in the complex. There is food available for delivery, a supermarket across the road and for anything else the owner is very friendly and can point you in the right direction. All in all, probably the best serviced apartment in Trivandrum!

Had a very bad experience staying in this flat. Everything is negative about this flat except the location and view of sea and railway track from the balcony. Stayed there for 2 days in June 2023 and we literally ESCAPED to a near by different flat within TVM, after making excuses that our trip was over. Such a bad experience it was and we didn't want a confrontation. I am writing about the flat #19B which the owner had listed it recently in airbnb. We were their 2nd guest (as told by owner's wife) through Airbnb. They said, they had been hosting directly for past 10 years. :( Pros: 3 bhk (just the space) View from Balcony Cons: 1. KITCHEN-is full of woodmites and cockroaches. Kitchen smells bad. Knives, Utensils, Stove, lighter etc were rusted and we didn't even touch them during our stay. Plates were very old plasticky ones and dirty. They were not even washed. So we had to buy disposable plates & glasses from outside hypermarket. 2 buckets were kept there for waste disposals and both these were full of cockroach eggs. Servant toilet next to kitchen work area is kept as a dumping room and was yucky on opening it's door. OTG oven, a very old one was dirty and we hated to use it. No oven friendly pots were provided and we had to borrow one pot from the owner's wife (who resides in another flat in same building). We used the oven only once at the very first day of stay out of emergency as we had brought food already and needed to heat then up. Then we chose to LOCK the KITCHEN until we checked out of the stay. Water Purifier was also dirty and we didn't even touch it. Bought mineral water cans from outside. 2. We booked 3 bhk and owner provided only 2 bhk initially. 3rd room, the master bedroom with outside view was locked and when we made a complaint, owner's wife came and opened it for us. Even though this room has the similar outside view as in balcony, we were not able to open the windows and enjoy the view because the flat in on topmost floor and the airvent of drainage tank is located next to the window. We gets heavy smell of urine during morning, evening and at midnight. Also at night, cockroaches were coming out from the almirah, and the tile gaps of attached bathroom. A/C is positioned at the corner of room and air hits directly into our head area. Fan regulator was complaint and it works only at speed 1 or 5. Attached bathroom was bad and smelly. Water heater provides only one CUP of hot water even after turning it on for more than 10 minutes. 3. Left corner bedroom - wide one. Same complaints as mentioned above. Water heater was ok but bathroom smell was so suffocating. Toilet was dirty. 4. Right corner bedroom - regarding bedroom, same complaints as above, but the bathroom was big and fine. Heater was working good and gave sufficient hot water. Toilet was clean. In all 3 rooms fan regulators were bad, window locks were broken, windows were not even wiped or dusted for longgg.. None of the blankets kept inside the cupboards were usable due to suffocating smells. Seems like those were kept there for long and not used for a year or two. So we had go and buy blankets for 4 of us from Lulu Hypermarket (that too after 10.30 pm) Even though it's on 19th floor, mosquito attack is there. TV provided is an old plasma tv which isn't good for viewing. We didn't watch any programs in it. There is one more balcony (without scenic view) which opens via dining area, but that one is kept as a dumping yard. So even though the lighting in dining area is less, we were not able to open the balcony curtains as the view of balcony area is another yuck. Will never recommend this flat to anyone.

Stayed here for a few days when I had to run around Trivandrum to get something done. It is a great location close to the airport, railway station and the highway NH47, while being close to the inner city is just a few minutes away. Easy access to Kovalam, Poovar etc. The apartment complex is one of the best in the area, with facilities like a pool, gym, badminton court etc. Spacious apartment, fresh and clean linen, well maintained rooms. Overall a nice experience. Only downside is that the road can get really busy during the evenings as a lot of traffic due to the proximity to technopark and Infosys.

My Travel Home is the perfect choice if you are looking for a clean, spacious apartment with ocean views! ||The apartment is on the 19th floor with a balcony overlooking the Arabian Sea. It is clean, modern and has great amenities, including a large clean pool, gym and a badminton court. There is a good game of badminton to be had every night with a friendly crowd of local IT programmers. ||I've stayed there two times one month and couldn't ask for anything more. Several good take away delivers food right to the door. The owners are very friendly and will point you in the right direction whatever you are looking for. ||ALL IN ALL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If you are looking for a clean, spacious location for a stay near Technopark Trivandrum, this is the one for you!! Very friendly owners for assistance, Mouthwatering delicacies delivered at the door from the neighborhood budget restaurants, clean pool and badminton courts.. We enjoyed our week stay at this service apartment and we were very happy with the cordial hospitality extended.. So for me there is no second thought for an accomodation at Trivandrum!!

Amazing hospitality, affordable prices and great ambiance. Quite Ideal, location wise in terms of access to beaches, airport and the city. Would recommend to anyone looking for serviced apartments in Thiruvananthapuram .

An awesome place with nice views n prime location. Almost all facilities were available here. I ve stayed here for 15 days n it was an awesome experience. An Excellent service apartment in all over Trivandrum.

Lived here for a week in terms of Company accommodation policy as I got transferred here. Apartments are spacious and you had an amazing view from your Balcony if you're staying in the 19th floor.
