I have taken a AC room with my wife. Everything went well. Clean bed sheets and pillow covers , clean wash room , purified drinking water also present, hot water (with solar) was provided. On request, we even were given a 30 mins extra stay. Mr.Prasad was very good.

Provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were attentive and the location was convenient for accessing key attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the Wi-Fi could be improved. Overall, a good value for the price, and I would recommend it for a short stay.

It's nice room for a single person. With AC, TV and attached washroom. Prasad ji is very helpful. I stayed there for 2 days in October,2024. If anyone wants to roam around Trivandrum you can take bike on rental basis near Railway station. Compared to Auto charges it is economy.

Please do not book a room in Rams guest house. Owner Sanjayan number is displayed saying, any issues, grievances please contact him on number, but the phone is always not reachable, he calls from some Dubai number and not very helpful. The location manager Prakash is terrible... No card payments allowed.... Only cash and digital payment like phonepe....also I booked Deluxe room and the location manager cheated me by giving some ordinary room and lying that all rooms are full even though the rooms were all vacant ..... No food is served there, it will be very difficult for lunch or dinner as one has to go out for each and every thing.... Please DO NOT BOOK THIS GUEST HOUSE..... TERRIBLE SERVICE... IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE, BOOK AND EXPERIENCE YOURSELF
