Affordable place with good service. Ac and non-ac rooms are available. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are well-maintained. They provide you soap and towel during the stay. Kitchen and dining place is available for those who want to cook their own meal. Otherwise, lots of eateries are nearby.

Great location. Rooms are very old but serves the purpose. Service not upto mark. The host is so polite and helpful.Price is a bit high overall good.

Room is quite a big size, staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful, location is quiet street, but central area of the city. There are mosquito nets on the windows, that's important point for non ac room, but not often presented in other budget rooms in Kerala where I stayed.

The room is really dirty with insects and cockroaches over the bed and floor. Water is somewhat yellow and smelly. Contacted staff for help but no support. Reply was ' it is what it is' . Couldn't stay and left within 2 hours. Avoid it please.

Had a Decent 2 Days Stay at Nandanam Homestay. The Homestay is in the Centre of the City with all the major points like Bus Stop - Market - Railway Station - Airport - Padmanabhaswamy Temple nearly 10 - 15 Min away from the Hotel. This is an Old Property with Rooms that are Spacious. The Rooms have Air Condition and Geaser in Bathroom for Hot Water. Free Internet and Mineral Drinking Wateris also available There is a Dinning Area and 1 Staff Member who can help you in case you need anything. There are Restaurants Nearby within Walkable Distance. You can also Order Food from outside using Swiggy and Zomato. Ola Uber is also easily available. Value for Money as the rooms are reasonably affordable compared to other rooms in that Locality. Negative: The rooms are Decent but could have been maintained in a better way.

Convenient stay if moving in as a very large team. There are 2 AC bedrooms attached with bathroom in the ground floor, one dining room and kitchen. In the first floor, they have 3 rooms and hall.. overall spacious rooms and individual TV s. But maintenance was not upto mark. Also bed sheets were not good.
