Oriental Homestay

The property is located near Sreekariyam Junction which is well connected to most areas of the Trivandrum city. Good to stay here as the place is calm and quiet. Room was basic but good and clean. The lady taking care of the guests is co-operative. Every kind of food is available at Sreekariyam junction which is about 7-8 mins walk.

Lady driven venture, new in business. Priced high but services are not at par. Needs to give more facilities at cheaper rates to attract customers and gain experience to satisfy customers. Was asked to pay as soon as we dropped our luggage, hence it didn't feel like Customer Satisfaction us a priority and of importance to them, unlike other homestays, where we paid minutes before departure. We had a tough time at night to find this location, although our driver was very experienced. GPS coordinates should be published. Food served was Ok, but our expectations were more high. The letdown was maybe because there are no special staff for Travellers attendance, hence might be tough to manage family and travellers requirements. If you just need a place to keep your luggage and have bare minimum essentials catered, this is the place... But you need to check what you will pay and what you get.

I had a wonderful experience here, very peaceful and well maintained, as the name represents it is a perfect place as your home to enjoy and relax. I am sure that one who visits here will not make any other choice in the next time.

I didn't go to Oriental homestay... But a grocery store in the ground floor. Unfortunately for Google second floor and ground floor are same

Please refer my updated position for this. I noticed that it was wrongly mapped, I have corrected it. I personally prefer this home stay. Rooms are awesome and service as well.

The place is amazing. Location well selected and rooms maintained properly. The food is standard as such.

It was very homely and the location is very good and they provide free wifi and home made food and it was a very good place to stay
