Stayed there On Nov 30th. Right in the middle of the city, yet so peaceful. Very helping and generous staff. Well air conditioned neat and clean rooms. They'll provide Blanket, Water if you ask. Walkable distance from Trivandrum Central Station. Theatres, Restaurants and all are in 100m distance. Around 5, 6 km to Airport. Opt this place whenever you're in the city.

Rooms were clean. But drainae system is not good. Waste water is not disposed from bath rooms perfectly. No room service. Without any services, their charge is high. Will never visit again. If you are ok with any situation, then you can make a visit.

Stayed on 19th August 2017 Very poor rooms, stained bed spreads,single fan for four bed stay. No hot water facility were given water heater coil to heat water which we didn't use to risk our life. Pedestal fan was given after complaining which didn't work. Simply don't recommend this place. There are better place of stay in the same vicinity. Don't go by pictures on site.

Excellent very friendly staff, free WiFi, Sat TV, mix of AC and non AC rooms. Perfect location close train and bus stations. Very cheap and welcoming, especially compared to the reception we received when enquiring at many of the other local hotels. Well spoken and helpful staff, setup perfectly for foreign tourists like ourselves.

This place is well maintained,found it neat and clean...there is no lift ,so u will have to walk all the way to 3 floor or so. I didn't find the room worth the price i paid...(personal view). Washroom was clean. There isn't any proper room service. There was no intercom in the room,so i had to call on attendants mobile to ask for anything 😂. (*I DONT HAVE MUCH IDEA ABOUT OTHER ROOMS). Its near to Aristo Junction,nearby KSRTC bus stand and TVC railway station.

They charge Rs.125 for a Lays packet worth Rs.20. Bedrooms were smelly. Tiles in the pool were broken and it injured me. Front of the hotel looks good but if you see the surroundings from 1st or 2nd floor we can see it is surrounded by garbage. It is extremely expensive and not worth the money.

No top sheet. Only a single power socket. No cloth hangers on wall or in cupboard. Bucket in the bathroom not very clean. Will demand extra money for early check-in. Staff very polite and helpful.
