This is worst hotel I have ever visited Dirty fan, geyser not working. Washroom flush is not working. Too much dust around. Owner behaviour is so rude. Not maintained properly Worst hotel. Worst owner High cost. Basic water is chargeable here No toiletries are available. If once confirmed the booking then it is user owner responsible to keep the room clean and fresh. Here the case even after informing owner, they didn't keep clean and shouted on us to you should have informed. There is no basic with owner. Owner of the property, first learn how to behave. He his drunk man, doesn't know English.

I loved it! First time in India and fell in love with it and this place! Inexpensive. Conveniently booked a room through Booking App with the option to pay on arrival. The hotel owner can also drive you from and to the airport. There was one more available room in the hotel when I arrived. I chose another room as opposed to the booked room and also the owner gave me a discount. The room was clean, comfortable and the main thing the room was quiet. It was important to me that it was quiet (I wanted to relax on vacation from work, and it worked). No noise in the vicinity. Free Wi-Fi. There is a possibility to order food and beverage. All meal is fresh and delicious. The owner of this hotel is very welcoming, friendly, kind and sincere! There is a terrace upstairs with billiards and other games. There is a kitchen where everyone can cook their own food for free. Nearby is a 3-4 minute walk to a chic beach with cafes and stores. For this money it's a great place! Definitely will be back again! I very recommend!

***The worst experience I've ever had.*** Warning. This is a fraud. Dated march 2022 I've booked an ac room and I've informed the arrival time. They made no effort in contacting me neither they attended my call. When I reached this property, they made me wait for 4 hours in their rooftop. And after 4 hours they told me that the ac room which I booked is under repair. I suggest not to book this resort because of the poor hospitality and overall maintenance. I still don't know how maintained the rooms are, so that I'm not commenting about that part.

This diwali I went to varkala with my family and i stayed in this residency. This is a quiet place.. away from the city rush. If you guys love to be in such a space, this place is for you. We can enjoy the stay with our friends n family or as a couple. This place provides a kitchen facility and the boy prepared hot water for my kid to take a bath. They also provide games on the terrace. Definitely going back there. The only thing I felt was the water from the bathroom was spilling outside a bit. That was the kind of problem I faced. But apart from that, i will give it a 10/10.

Utterly a worst experience of my life. This is not a proper hotel its.like a lodge or something. The room that i have checked in was full of cigarettes smell. Not at all clean and no proper maintenance. They dont even provide drinking water. They charge for the bottle. The fan has no regulator. proper blankets and towels are not provided Since it is too close to beach humidity is also too high. I dont suggest you to go for this Particularly for girls. this one is about non ac room. I don't know regarding ac room

was really nice staying at bluewaves! the host is super friendly, speaks good english and the terrace is a nice place to chill, play table tennis or billiard. the rooms were clean and spacious and the location is really good :)

Worst hotel ever. Whem we arrived at 3pm, they didnt have the room ready for us. We had to wait a lot of time in the rooftop. We payed at the beggining, but we didnt receive the change .We didnt see the staff in 2 day. Rooms are really dirty. The worst stay in India.
