Pyrenees Home Stay

We booked deluxe double bed room. The rooms are very small and price is very high. I highly do not recommend this place. Things that were not working: 1. Door locks 2. No water 3. No geyser The property is very small and difficult even for 1 person to stay. The Taj Mahal view from the terrace is also not that great. The bathroom is so small that not even a single person can stand, forget bathing. Zero standard. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at Pyrenees home stay, and it was an incredible experience. Mr Satish was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The property was beautifully maintained and perfectly clean. The location was ideal..close to Taj Mahal & Other monuments yet peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend Pyrenees home stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I look forward to returning! Thumbs up!!

I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The rooms were very dirty. The bedsheets had stains and hairs. The bedsheets weren't changed even after making a request. The washroom were terribly small. Even the ac's were not working properly. The toilet seat had stains and was dirty. The condition of bed was terrible, and the services werent provided as expected. I don't recommend the hotel. The reviews are mostly bot.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this homestay in Agra. I booked a family room with two double beds 10 days in advance and even paid an advance after speaking directly with the owner, Shivam Rathod. I reminded him a day before our arrival, and he confirmed the booking. However, when we arrived late at night on 11 November, the helper Sateesh informed us that our room was occupied. Despite multiple attempts to reach Shivam, he ignored our calls. Eventually, helper suggested we stay in a different room, leaving us with little choice given the hour. The room we were given was in terrible condition—dirty floors that clearly hadn’t been mopped, an AC switching off every 15 minutes, and an unclean washroom. The overall service was highly unprofessional, and this lack of accountability is unacceptable. One can check the photos attached. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you value cleanliness and reliable service.

Room need to be more clean. Staff Satish is very nice person. He serve us everything instantly whatever we need. He served us with his beautiful 😍 smile.

So the staff was very friendly but the cleaning was: we came into the room and had to ask them to clean it and a guy came with a small old broom and wiped the floor a bit. The night was the worst night I have ever had the mosquito protection thing didn't work the Aircon was loud. Because we had a plastic thick blanket that we couldn't use we covered ourselves with a cloth from ourselves and the two towels there were so many mosquitos that were attacking us all night and we couldn't sleep all night till we had to ignore it. The sink in the bathroom was hanging dangerously crooked, the tap was loose and there was mold in many places in the bathroom, shower didn't work just the tap of it. The worst thing was the mosquitos as we woke up there were a lot of dead strange flies in the entrance of the room and we had so many bites. In front of another room there were even more of these flies. Wouldn't recommend it from our experience we had two nights checked out after the first one and left.

Stayed for 2 days to visit taj mahal and agra fort. Near the metro station hence visiting taj mahal and agra fort is very easy if you can walk for 700 meters. Very budget friendly stay with awesome service ✨

Didn’t stay here because they said the room wasn’t ready and brought us to a much cheaper hotel, but then wouldn’t let us pay the correct price of the cheaper hotel. And couldn’t let me cancel the booking. SCAMMERS. Don’t stay here
