Gulshan guest house

I am from Kerala. This is the first time staying in a room like this. The money was wasted. A team to attract the Malayalis. There is no hot water in the room and the money is too much. Staff behavior is very bad. Their agent will grab them from the railway and bring them to the hotel room with a huge offer. Then there will be nothing. Their only goal is money

Worst hotel(HOSTEL) ever...They dont allow to enter after 9:00 pm and exit before 7 am even if you miss your train..I dont think it is hotel it is HOSTEL with lots of restrictions...According to them AC is Air cooler not air conditioner and also water supply is also very poor. They dont respond to your queries and the very bad customer room serivice. Very rude behaviour. Pathetic Service.Dont recommend.

I believe they don't deserve even a signal star bcz what is customer service and how to communicate they need a higher education on this subject. It's their kingdom what customer is what that want doesn't exist in here so, please if you are planning you are planning to spoil everything it's a WARNING don't don't just dont knock at their door please.

You can stay here at very low price and its distance from airport is very less and Agra Cantt railway station is near to this place
