Best room within budget n got best service . Beautiful room with spacious bathroom . best part was very close to Taj Mahal n red fort... easy to come n go....owner was very polite n very helpful to arrange auto n cab...i recommend ppl to visit taj castle it's safe place..

Okay, so I feel bad but this was the worst experience we’ve had traveling and not sure what it was. The smell in this place was actively toxic smelling like acetone (nail polish remover) and it hurt my lungs. We weren’t even staying the night because we had to catch a night train, but we thought maybe the smell would disappear or we’d get used to it. We didn’t. The staff was fairly helpful with a reasonably priced auto driver to go see the Taj Mahal and a good restaurant. I just can’t recommend going unless they confirm that was some sort of paint remover situation they hadn’t cleared up… because god my lungs feel like they still hurt thinking about it. We were only in the hotel for 3 hours and couldn’t imagine staying days. But I really do hope they fix it quickly and if they do and confirm I’ll adjust. Because besides that major point, they were a solid place with friendly people.

Amazing host. Very friendly, excellent, helps you like family. Breakfast good. Overall, great value, basic, no frills room. Wifi is decent. Location is in between Agra Fort and Taj Mahal, decent. Rooms clean, only issue is lacking chair for sitting at the desk.

Wonderful host here, he helped us arrange transportation to nearby things. The common area is being remodeled and is quite fancy. We did have problems with smell in our 1st room and some of the facilities were not always working well. They serve great food and have laundry service. Overall, was a nice addition to our stay in Agra.

Very Bad Hotel, the owner was extremely rude and didn't want to host us (we had a reservation). The rooms were extremely smelly, they charged extra for a non existent garden View! The Location is bad unreachable without a car. And the entire hotel smelled like mold, don't stay here, don't fall for the few good reviews! + The Bathroom smell and they also charged extra for a tiny bit larger bathroom! They argued with us while my old mother was feeling unwell.👎👎

Located between the Taj and the Fort this place is isolated without any nearby restaurants, shops etc. I choose to pay extra for a balcony room which was noisy as the window (which was open around the edges) faced the neighbours and the warring puppies. There was no chair or anything to make use of the balcony. (I took a plastic chair from the dining area) As there was a spare blanket I used it as a curtain to cut the light and muffle the noise. The shower was poor and the king size mattress rock hard. (I used the softer single bed) However the room was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly. The one meal they prepared for me was delicious although the orange juice (last page of menu) was from a packet. I would not stay here again.

Am coming regularly to this hotel.... Am very much satisfied here... One of my favorite place is Taj castle Hotel.... When I came here to stay I feel like it's my own home.... That much comfortable is here... Owner is very sweet hearted person... The one of the safest hotel in agra without any scams, over charges and cleanest hotel is Taj castle home stays only... I will suggest to each and every person all over India and in other countries plz stay here only... Am very much attracted to this hotel...
