We visited this homestay few weeks ago and we found that the rooms are in decent conditions, and the hospitality of staff and owner is really good aside from reviews they have improved everything and is being well managed by owners themselves now. The road is under construction now and once completed it will be beautiful location to stay as the ram mandir is visible from windows.

Amazing hospitality by Uttam and team. Great vibes. Perfect for a spiritual stay. Uttam makes sure we feel at home. There are several developments in progress for the property and also from the government's side. Must visit!!!

I'm few days ago stay in this hotel I'm really good experience saryu river is only 100 mtr and Ram Mandir only 800 mtr

Very Bad property for staying. No reception also here. I had booked one month in advance room for 2 days and amount also paid for 21 to 23 rd Dec2024. But when I reached this guest house in winter 4:30am. He has replied to me no room left infact I have already paid. Then I went for searching another property in winter with my family with small kids. I had faced big problem that days.No manner of this guest house owner and staff also. I suggest all of you pls don't stay here.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. No cleaning, no room supplies. no room lock. arrogant staff, dirty rooms and dustbins, no privacy, no lift, entered room without permission, took things from room without permission, dirty bedsheets, dirty washroom. I wish I could give negative review.

Remote location. Far away from Ram Janmabhoomi. At outskirts. No proper roads. No shops in the vicinity. Very dark at 7 O' clock. No lifts in the hotel. Unsafe neighborhood conditions. Impolite staff. A good recipe for disaster to gullible customers.

Location is Off the way. Going on auto etc from hotel to Ram Mandir costs 200, while walking through lanes takes 15 minutes(1km). Lanes are not OK. Location is such that no restaurants closeby

Worst situation ever. I booked in advance and the day of they said they have no more rooms and they charge a cancelation fee of 2700 inr. What a scam!!!
