You asked for more details. Here it is. You charged close to Rs 8.5k for my 2 nights and 3 days stay. For the rate you charged, no ventilation in the room, no night lamp, no privacy, no towels, no storage space, such small rooms where we can't even go around the bed without hurting ourselves, no mirror, no towels and full of mosquitoes. As for the bathroom, no ventilation, no windows, no handwash, no toiletries

Rooms are smaller and gonna be congested for baggage and for moving around. No mirror in rooms and it's still under construction. A lot of improvements are gonna be done . Room service is good they are very helpful.

Hotel booked a very bad cab service. We had 4 big bags, left us on the backside of the station. Stranded with no coolie and very long staircase. Very difficult for my parents to climb up the stairs. We will stay again for the location and hotel service, I would not recommend to book cab from here.
