Shimla Grand

I booked this hotel for my parents during their visit to Lucknow for a wedding. This was the worst experience ever. The caretaker/manager, Sanjay, is extremely ill-mannered, shameless, rude, and completely lacking in basic etiquette. He should first learn basic civility and maybe later take a crash course in hospitality services. He just keeps arguing and behaves like a ‘know-it-all.’ The property is decent, as it seems to be newly built, but the location is far from mainland Lucknow with minimal connectivity. However, I can’t say enough about this obnoxious individual. He needs to control himself and learn at least some basic decency and professionalism. God help those who have to deal with this person.

I stayed in this hotel for my sister's wedding. My stay was very good. The staff cooperated very much. They didn't say no to anything. The rooms were also very clean and secure. The manager and owner were also very friendly. it was really nice to stay there. I am very much pleased with their hospitality.

This hotel was really bad it's in a village where no auto cabs can come easily.. very scary at night no security because it is in between a very shady village village i have made a mistake by booking such a worst hotel this is a horrible place don't Book your hotels

Recently I had the pleasure of staying here. So neat and clean rooms & washroom. There food was amazing. I was greeted with smile by there staff & I must say that there staff were very attentive. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel !!
