Worst stay in northern India. Rude staff that doesnt speak english. Overpriced ac rooms (the ac barely works cause of power issues), hot water not working. Stay away 1/5.

Beware! No one speaks English there. I had booked but when I arrived everyone was looking at me as if I was an alien.|This place is so run down and dirty. There were piles of rubbish in the middle of the corridor, plate with scraps of food left on the stairs, piles of dirty sheets left in the corridor. |An awful experience really

Had to give 1 star as was not able to give them 0. Terrible hotel, ripped us off. Fire in room as transponder in room burst for the AC. Charged us ₹3400 as we had kids and they knew we did not have any option. Stay away please

Room is very dirty according to show the price I paid 800 rs but they give non AC room in Google it's showing AC room in that price .. Very dirty toilet not clean properly chair n table are fully dust washroom sink are very dirty ,,wifi not working ..no thing is good.

Specially recommend do not visit... If you want peaceful stay... And behaviour of Staff is very bad,,,, 1. There is the gap in doors... Anybody can see what is going inside in rooms, 2. Rooms are very dirty... After the complaining... They said "Ho Jayega clean" and nothing clear, 3. Documention process are not very bad ect.,

Would give this place 2.5* (average). First of all, there aren't many options for stay at Kushinagar. As the name suggests, it's a guest house. There are 2 floors - bottom floor is old but the top floor is newly built which is listed for online booking; the listing is recent so you'll get clean linens & satisfactory hygiene. The hotel has few AC rooms but they are not available for online booking - not mentioned on MMT/Goibibo. So you'll get a room with cooler. Ventilation is a big issue, cooler won't suffice in hot or humid months. There's no kitchen but the hotel can arrange tasteless food from outside. Power cut is frequent, generator won't support TV, AC, cooler. There's open courtyard for parking up to max. 10 cars at a time.

It was actually a ok type experice, staff was corporative, bathroom of every single room is so small and hygiene in these rooms is not that good., AC was not working there, in some cooler coolers and in some rooms AC'S (non working) are installed. Rooms are okay for one day stay. Area and location is also not that good but in this locality choosing this guest house will be a good decision rather than going to another one.
