In fact no star. Filthy and old style rooms with lots of cockroach. Blankets are smelling and bedsheets are never been changed. Indian style toilet seat and no water in shower. There is lots of bargaining at the reception counter and they will ask 100 buck for car also. In Food thali is of 180 buck and this is worth of rs 50. Ac is 1970 model I believe, in my support I am attaching photos also. Tv is of 90s model and not working. This should not be judged a hotel or guest house, but oyo has changed its brand in the name of "spot on" cleverly for these kinds of hotels. Oyo room down down....

I've stayed there for couple of days and i will try to give detailed review to help wanderers like me out there . If you're looking for a pocket friendly lodging then this is your place , but remember everything has its own perks so if your spending less here then be prepared for worst service. The room service is worse here , no one will come to you for room service untill you ask them frequently twice or thrice. Except at the time of check in the receptionist will be unavailable to you . The room of this guest house doesnot have good ventilation and even the interior is suffocating. They offer fooding but the price is very high, i opted satisfying my apetite in Nishatganj the nearest market on walkable distance. Hence i'll suggest not to opt for fooding offered by the guest house . The bathrooms are kinda good . I'd say you'll not regret staying here because at this price no guest house will offer you more . Have a good lodging ☺️ cheers!

Worst experience... Dirty Flore, dirty washroom, no towel provided, bed is also not in well condition. Staff is egger to take extra money.... Food quality worst... It's better to stay beside road than to visit in this guesthouse

Fare wise Ok, Service is not good, no room service is available, you have to do self service, take your luggage from room to main entrance.

Very Poor place. It is a NEPALI chawl with kids roaming. Overpriced, No maintenance, no service. Don't go there.

Very bad experience with the employee of that hotel they didn't behave well.they didn't gave fresh room fresh towel soap etc. so I checked ou just after checking in.
