Om Shiv Palace

It was an excellent stay in Mathura. The location was very good and service very good. Neat and clean rooms. The close proximity to the janmabhoomi and easy acceibility to highway for going to Vrindavan, govardhan and Delhi kept us away from heavy traffic. As we went from Belgium, hence we were having shortage of time, so we were in the need of an affordable centrally located hotel and we found OmShiv Palace an excellent hotel to meet our requirements. I strongly recommend for family stay.

Worst hotel, don't go over there staff is very very bad, they forcefully deny check-in, even if you book standing at the hotel. Uses bad language. Hotel condition is very poor, garibo ka hotel h. Kuk mila k rukne layak ni h yeha.

Pathetic washrooms are unhygienic even the flush is broken. Early morning no water supply, and when it was mentioned in Oyo ratings, the staff accused and very rudely behaved.

Great hospitality, best hotel I ever found in Mathura which is very near to Janambhumi and just beside national high way. Keep it up team Om Shiv palace.

Staffs are unmannered , lack of cleanyness , rooms , corridors stairs are dirty and a lot of gutkha spitted here and there

These people should close there hotel .Took extra money from me . The Hotel was in very poor condition . Staff is not good at all .No room service . Blankets were stinky . It was just a waste of money. SCAMMERS

I am regular guest of this hotel and I love hotel location as well as service and my overall experience in last 4 years is awesome
