Hotel is very good I stay here for 3 days it's good so I preferred to all the viewers if they came to mathura or vrindavan stay here is a good choice it's services are good rooms are also clean so choose this hotel for rest is a kind of good option

Very worst room, I took AC room but the control with the receiption, they refused to switch on the AC, they said they will switch on only for few hours. They said this after taking the payment from me. And even they didn't gave the bill for my payment. No hot water, Very worst service. Better not to take room here. I don't know the why I took AC room,, Finally I slept in non a room after paying money for AC room.

worst room, AC room butswitch on the AC for few hours. AC switch control by Reception. Room not cleaning daily Bedshit not change daily Receptionist behaviour not good We stay here 4 day and every day request receptionist to switch on AC
