Hi. I'd like to say this is more of a mix of PG and rooms. I've stayed as a PG mate for 2 months and the experience was very very disappointing. Don't expect the service to be good unless you talk directly to the owner. The manager (Deepak) is a complete useless. For a single room rent was 18,000/mo and electricity bill was 5.5k to 6k. They claim they charge only for use of AC and Geaser, while I am a cold shower person and I use AC only at nights outside my office times. Bond of 3 months. My washroom was so messed up (flush not working. Shower broken, water clogs under the basin) and was never fixed for 2 months. After a point I just gave up following-up. The place serves veg food for your info and I've never seen a washing machine in that place(atleast a working one). Overall, other than the owners good attitude and behaviour, this place is a COMPLETE HOLE. Not recommended at all. Mentioning - Good park opposite side located.

The Hotel is very good & staffs are very courtious & friendly,rooms are specious & basic amintes are there to use.I will recommend it for Corporate stay.

Worst place to visit, I stay here for 2 month and it's a hell of an experience, staff over here are very chutiya, don't make a mistake to visit here.
