Something was fishy.. Everyone's behavior, starting from the owner to receptionist seemed suspicious. They gave the room which i have booked to others without asking me and they did not regret it at all. I was told earlier that the room you have booked is undergoing painting but when I checked, the room was being used by another person.I don't know for sure, but for more money or for some other reason, everyone did this conspiracy together. I realized that there were other guests with me who were also getting the same treatment. The behavior of the owner and his son was rude. His language was like they are doing favor to us. Just be careful.

It's a beautiful place. Good for anyone looking for a peaceful space to live in a busy city like Prayagraj. Staff is nice. Didi who cooks food is an amazing chef. Loved every bit of it.

Absolutely awful experience. The room service was terrible , no one cleaned the room or replaced basic things like towels or toiletries. When I tried to address it, the owner was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. He clearly didn’t care about his guests and spoke to my guests in an ill-mannered way. The whole place felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Room are spacious, ambience is very good, food excellent. Staff is cordial & efficient. Over all a good family experience. Highly recommend.

The service is very poor and more importantly the owner and his son are extremely arrogant and illmannered people. Trying to showoff their work and accent. They have literally no manners how to talk to there guests. The way they spoke to guests was very shocking and unprofessional and charged us extra amount. Would never recommend this place in prayagraj avoid this place at all cost.

No service of anything, just like Sarai. Take ur luggage go to room alone quietly and then u will not find anybody for any help. U r on ur own. Won’t get even water also

Our experience with this guest house for booking a small family function was very poor and unprofessional. Firstly, despite confirming our reservation well in advance and paying the required deposit, the hotel failed to provide the basic facilities like AC. At the time of reservation most of the things about the number of people and the menu had been conveyed to the manager a day earlier. But still they somehow managed to make our experience horrible. They confirmed that you can use the hall for 3 to 4 hours but at last they charged extra for the same. Additionally, the owner's attitude was appalling. He was unresponsive to the importance of the occasion to us and our families. Overall, our experience with this guest house for booking our family function was a complete disappointment. They failed to deliver on their promises and left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
