Sangam Niwas

Mediocre stay, wannabe tented camp. The rooms are good but location is away from action and they don’t get luxury service. We stayed there for the Kumbh Mela. They made sure that we got the customary welcome and food but did not make any arrangements for our mela experience. They could not find the Akharas, made no arrangements for senior citizens to go to the aarti, we missed the aarti. Made us walk for miles when transportation was available. We had to finally take matters in our own hands and arrange transportation which was easily arranged. The tent was good but our Kumbh experience was ruined because they made no arrangements or effort. They don’t understand that luxury is in the experience not a pretty bathroom in a tent or serving us good chole bature. This camp is for middle class people who get impressed with tents and have never experienced 5 star stays.

The rooms are very neat and clean along with well maintained required items.. Especially location is very nice for the Sangam
