Ganga Guest House | Revolution Varanasi

I booked the room after viewing reviews, but never expected it to be similar to that of the reviews. But it was above my expectations. The room was good, clean and comfortable. Toilet was very clean. Above all, the way Tej and Raj behaved amazed me. These guys are awesome. The location is couple of hundreds of metres away from Dashashwamedh Ghat and the lanes leading to this guest house is full of shops.

Great location. The gentlemen that own the property were absolutely fantastic. Helped me locate guest house. Helped me finding a SIM card and the overall hospitality was excellent. Really enjoyed my stay. 10/10. Excellent value for money. Tasty breakfast and also extended checkout time.

Very good guesthouse, good price, the room was confortable and the guys working there are sooo nice! I arrived at 2 in the night 'cause the train was late and he was waiting for me. They help with anything I asked for. My toilet was outside the room but It was not a problem for me. The only thing is that the room had humid smell, but since it has windows, opening them was enough.

This is such a great place to stay in Varanasi! Raj and all of the staff were so kind and helpful and knowledgeable with all of our questions about the area. This is in a great location really close to the river and the main ghat. Room was very clean and breakfast was really good. Would highly recommend if you’re in Varanasi!

The best part of this Guest House is its location. One can experience the flavour of bustling and aesthetic Banaras as it is located in the narrow lanes and very close to the ghats. There are multiple cafeterias and eateries having varieties of cuisines so fooding is not an issue at all. It is also close to market places and main road. The guest house is very clean. The rooms are cosy and well arranged. Both the owners Tej and Raj guided us very well regarding the local areas and provided us boat rides. They were always available to attend our queries and are very hospitable. But the bathroom is small so that might be a problem at times but otherwise it is comfortable. Also we did not get hot water.

Ganga guest house is really a comfy place to stay and to experience the varanasi culture. And it's near to temple n ghat as well. All of my family was really happy with the visit. Mr. Tej and Mr. Raj both are helped us lot and guide throughout trip

As a family of 17 members we booked 5 rooms & stayed here for two nights in August 2024. The Cooperation & hospitality of Tej and Raj is awesome and they are very cooperative and mature in their business. They even arranged Autos & Tempo Travellers to visit local Temples & Shopping for us.The location is very comfortable to visit Ghats, Temples and also to go around the city. The rooms are clean and tidy.Pls do not miss the Local Temple visit City tour which Tej organises & accompanies along with us because you can explore many ancient Temple history during this visit.

Varanasi is full of surprises! And Ganga guest house became a median for us to experience that. :) Our stay was as promised by them, which was excellent! Raj bhai and Tej gave us proper information and insides of Varanasi!! Not single second. We feel like it Hotel, it feels like a home! From breakfast to lunch to dinner, we have long talks with these guys, and they were as welcoming as you feel at your home. I can't wait to go to the Varanasi again! And the stay location will be same, There are numerous things that are on walkable distance, including Ghat, Temples, Cafes, and restaurant on walkable distance from guest house! we are gonna miss Varanasi, those small to smaller lanes, all the ghats and Temples, and the best lovable guffball Guffey at the Ganga guest house! I am looking forward to our next trip already to Varanasi!! UNTIL NEXT TIME!!!
