The Bella Guest House

We had a terrible experience at the guest house. Rooms are as shown in the picture but the worst part was that washrooms are very small. In one washroom the Air Conditioner water was draining...and in other there was no wash basin... The management claims that the monkey put down the washbasins...😂😂 Many other basic amenities are missing in the rooms, like no proper dustbins, no mirror and hooks in washrooms. (We can atleast expect these as we were paying decent money, Rs. 7000/- for two rooms for a day). The management gives you full satisfaction by their words, but their staffs are useless and we are not there to just listen to their satisfactory speech... I lost my 7k for mere 4-5 hours sleeping in the guest house. The guest house may be suitable for foreigners but not for Indians. Highly dissatisfied. Worstest experience ever. :(

Great stay in bella guesthouse There was hot water in the shower. Rooms are clean. I would suggest only to put a chair or something to put staff on. Excellent staff, they do everything possible to help you, from directions, things to buy, taking you to places and organise all you ask. I have been here 3 nights and would go back there next time in Varanasi.

I had the most delightful stay at this hotel, thanks to Raj, the owner, and the incredible team of Vikas bhaiya and Guddu bhaiya. Their warmth, politeness, and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my experience memorable. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with all amenities readily available. A perfect blend of comfort and hospitality. It is located very close to Dashashwamedh Ghat, a few minutes walking distance. It has nice balcony, you can see the neighborhood, such as children playing kites, interesting part you can feed monkeys (if you have the courage though 😁). Honestly, if you want a safe and friendly stay, go for it. Only one cons: The lane was so untidy, full of cow dung, household wastages. NOTE: Mostly on every Sunday the lanes get cleaned. (Just an observation though, not confirmed information). I honestly loved the way the owner (Raj Seth), Vikash bhaiya and Guddu bhaiya hosted us. Picked and dropped from and to the parking lot, holding all luggage on their shoulders and while offering them a tip they politely denied. I haven't seen such people. 🙏 An incredible experience. Thanks a lot for your services. I'm so glad that I have chosen you and you hosted us so well that I had to write a long elongated review. 🙏🙏

Reaching the place was a horrendous experience as I was driving. The owner (Raj) was kind enough to send his assistant (Vikas) to get me to the place. If you are driving to the place add Rs 500 per day as expenses for parking in a place that they guide you to. Took me through a lane just big enough for a car to pass through but blocked with rickshaws, handcarts and bikes so scratches on the car are a given and these will add to your unpleasantness of stay. Not worth Rs 3500 per day (including parking charges). The access lanes to the property are filthy and full of household waste, cow dung, dog poop and are just used as a dustbin by the shops and customers around. Was the most unpleasant stay during my long trip which had several halts. While citing these, I must add that while staying there Raj and his assistants are very friendly and helpful but their callousness at your access by walk or that of the undeniable dents of your vehicle are astounding. I would suggest that one stays in the city which has more accessible roads, hotels with private parking etc and use the electric or other rickshaws to get to the ghats and back. Learnt from my mistakes and wanted to warn future travellers!!!

Rooms were very clean & hygienic washrooms! Staff was well-trained & highly-responsive also the hotel was very near to ghat! And i left some of my belongings at hotel they actually couriered my belongings! It was very nice gesture! Best hotel must stay!

I was staying in this property for 2 Days.and the environmental was great and staff has good behavior and helpful to and they try there best to give services and safety . the service is very good and property was neat and clean they change there bed sheet every couple of days I was very comfortable and this feels like own house .must visited And I was very thankful to owner and staff they help us alot in our tour.

The Bella Guest House is really good place to stay in Varanasi. People here very friendly and the guy Raj is very good man. I stayed here more than a week. And I didn't have a small problem also. And it is nearby to Dasawamedh ghat, and faraway to traffic sounds. For Andhra people if u r searching for the room around telugu satrams, this one will be the best choice.
