The Bella Guest House

So, I don't usually rate my stay low but I had to bring it to concern. The room i got was very bad. I came to stay with my family. I had to book in the end moment because i didn't have option as we were too tired to enquire other rooms. So, we had two beds in a room. Thats it!! there was no wardrobe or anything to keep our things on. There was no other proper facilities. Had to inform them repeatedly for water services and hot water. There was a gap in the main door that we can see for every 1 hour. A rotational shift of rats going in and out. Running near yours bags. If you are keeping your phone for charging. You have to find a spot to hang it yourself on the wall. Its left to you how you are gonna manage hanging that. And talking about the price after all this looking at those facilities I was taken back. They said 9k for the room as i wanted it for 3 nights. Looking at the room I asked I want to stay here just for the day. They said No, in that case the daily price will be too high because they didn't want us to leave and said it will be 3.3k. I had to stay there forcefully for the next day but that's when I felt I can't stay here longer. So, I changed the room for my last day. So still after negotiating they said me to pay 5k. Where the amount that I would pay barely was 3k-3.2k for what they had provided. Don't get fooled booking this there are many stays nearby. Which are far more better and cheaper. Around 2-2.5k with most of the facilities. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service is the guiding person Mukesh he was good. He took us around places and showed things. Rest nothing was good there. It ruined my memory to be remembered of Varanasi.

Rooms are good. But the problem is they cancelled my booking.com and charged extra money for providing as they say it's a big room. No additional service provides. No breakfast or not given anything for eating outside food. No room service. I am staying with 2 senior citizens for 3 days. They also charged for tips. Only good thing is the location. It's proper location for everything around varanasi. But you Will find more hotels better than bella guest house. I don't recommend this hotel. It is in bangalitola . They charges more money for rooms. Just find another hotel.

Very bad behaviour of the owner. The prices were very high for sub-standard rooms. Booked the hotel for 4 days, after 3 days owner tries to shift me to other rooms which I rejected on first day for booking if other customers. This is a lack of hospitality. For not a single day they do the room service. There are many hotels nearby which offers much better rooms from them at more cheaper rate from them.

The location of bella guest house is appropriate for all temples in walking distance.....the staff was very friendly..... property was nice

Staff behaviour is gud washroom is neet nd clean room is gud and the hotel is budget friendly you should visit there if you are planning to go varanasi 😊

This guest house is situated in a narrow lane of famous Varanasi, 500 mtrs from Goduliya chowk and 350 mtrs from Dashashwamedh Ghat. Facility has 10 dormitories and 4 rooms. Out of those, 2 have three beds. Facility is not up to the mark, has no restaurants, no lifts, no professional touch, no parking. But staff and owners are good people. Also over priced.

Stay was awesome..Rooms are good , services are awesome..We book 2 rooms and the services they provide is awesome.. They have the dormitory as well with very reasonable rates and locker for each dorm. (You won't find those prices anywhere) Location might be a concern (200m inside the main road) but gadollia chawk is near to that (500m) and even ghat also walkable (800m).. However it was a good experience with great service and great rooms with geyser installed.

It was wonderful experience staying Varanasi and Bella guest house adds cherry on the cake. Best Guest house to stay in Varanasi near ganga ghat and the best part is you'll enjoy the famous lanes of Banaras. Very good hotel to stay. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. All the facilities were provided.
