Varanasi Guest House

Average room. No proper room service and wash room was not properly maintained, even bucket and mug's were dirty. No protection for mosquitoes available and was unable to sleep properly whole night. After a multiple reminder drinking water was not provided by the room service and roude behavior did by the room service boy when asked to check wash room maintenance as flush was not working properly. Not recommended anyway.

Owner's behavior is very bad!! Owner has no sense of talking how to talk! Such a low standard person I have ever seen till date! On the name of cleanliness they jst provide dirty rooms, and don't heed about this when u even ask them to clean the room. I had an exam and I told him that I will be late from threshold time of 24hours of booking a room, is it adjustable?? He Nodded in yes" But wen I returned he charged me double the cost of room and talked with me insanely!! Such a Badtameej person!! I suggest not to take a room here.

We had a really good time here. Navi, who manage the place was really kind and speaks really good English. Something to add is that he cooks really good breakfast!

i stayed over there from 11am to morning 3am then i have to leave for airport room was not that clean frequently light was going and coming and washroom was also untidy but we manage to stay over there
