I stayed here recently. The room and the owner's behavior were very good and the location is also good. It is not too far from Prem Mandir. You will find everything like tea, food or breakfast just by walking a little from the room.my experience was good👍🏻

Recently visited vrindavan with my family. Booked a room here and upon arrival i realized how bad the staff is there. They will seem all sweet and helpful yet are very bad. The staff is not responsible and also they are quite cheap cuz they will giggle about you. The staff was not friendly and helpful at all. About rooms, the room will look clean but the water taps were not working properly, continuous water leakage and very slow water pressure. After complaining they do not act responsibily too. Also they will switch off your AC from the main connection they have at the reception and will also control the temperature as per their will. They SWITCHED OFF THE AC OF MY ROOM ATLEAST 45-50 MINUTES BEFORE MY CHECKOUT TIME. Such a BAD and RUDE STAFF. After i mentioned it to them, they only laughed about it. Will not recommend staying in this hotel at all. POOR SERVICE!

This is a great place, family establishment, I have felt very welcomed and safe here. The owners even came to pick me up when I was not able to find the place. It is new, clean, and not far from Prem Mandir. Also the whole area is very quiet and safe. You can hear children's little voices, family talking and bhajans playing downstairs. So, very special atmosphere. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate their guest's needs. I would also reccommend this place to foreigners, as a safe, family place, and you get to experience India on a more personal level.
