The location is proximity to Iskcon temple and Prem Mandir. Quite good rooms and reasonably priced. You can always stay here and it's recommended.

Very Bad Experience The owner or the manager that one guy had no sense of hospitality. He has temper and mental issues, the guy is psychopath. I would rather sleep on road then going to this guest house. Would not recommend. Rating = 0/10

good location, near to banke bihari temple and radha vallabhji. famous eatries are nearby, but rooms and bathrooms are small . hygiene is average.

When I visited Vrindavan Dham we were looking for room to stay. We went to many places. Believe me, the person, the manager is really a polite person. It's a small place for stay but comfortable.

Plz don’t go kachan palace , if u don’t waste ur money, third class service, facilities, car parking facilities nothing’s good , I’m stuck here, due to rush i hv no option thats why I’m stay here , i hv damage in my car , so expensive, rent is very hight according to its online photos, AC’s not working on this temperature and toilet are in worst condition , staff behaviour rude, overall experience very bad, plz plz I suggest everyone don’t go there, if u want ur money are not wasting, I think dharamsala’s service better than this.

The kanchan palace shows all facilities online but they don't have good faculty at all. Their ACs don't work, don't have any restaurant or kitchen at all but they show kitchen online. They don't have utensils also. Their are too many mosquitoes in the rooms. And they don't have big toilets and rooms. They do cost 30-50rs for service which is free of cost in all other hotels. Really bad service. Never come

Bad behavior of owner and staff. I have booked 2 rooms for 3 days but at the time of check in they said room is sold out and they send me in a ashram and one night they said you will not stay hear so we left that ashram and also they take payment for a night where as ashram is for satay.

Worst Hotel. No maintennace , very small rooms, rusting water tap, No exhaust working in washroom and they always deny for online booking even after showing print out of booking .
