Kalindi Hotel

The only good thing of this guest house is that it is nearby Prem Mandir. Room quality is so poor, poor quality bed sheet and blanket. Staff consider themselves the supreme. No AC remote, I asked for remote he said I have set the temperature to 17°c and it's fixed. It can't be change if you're feeling cold you can turn off the ac. The attitude of staff is so rude. No body is cooperated here. No intercom service is available here. No lift as well. Not hygienic. If you're thinking to book this guest house for stay please please don't book.

Very bad experience. Sara staff nashe mai pda tha ...broken bed , water cut out, broken toilet ..poor service.. pathetic staff no respect for their costomer

While our stay here during Holi season,the price skyrocketed to 2200 for one day and 1800 for the other. The rooms we got was not very good either, the exhaust in the washroom didn't work, the flush of the toilet didn't work properly also no mirror either, we checked some other rooms as well, seems like you get no mirror in this hotel. The manager here was also super super stingy about money. Would talk rudely to us all the time we encountered him during our stay there. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, it is next to a small restuarant, it is close to the main Street if you wanna visit all the temples.

Kitchen staff is good. Food is good. But room manager doesn't listen about what u need. Not even simple water was served. No TV work till u connect with own hotspot. Bathroom was clean. Bed was clean . Located near yo barrier

Location is good but they don't have power backup. 1. Location was good- In b/w to Iskcon and Prem Mandir. 2. No power backup - In summers, on power cut they were unable to give power backup for fan. I booked an AC room. In whole night 3 power cuts and each and every cut was more then a hour. Unexpected reply by staff was - "AC room rent per lekar aadmi ye sochta hai ki 1000-1500 rupyee me poora hotel kharid liya hai". Whole night they give me the assurance - "we are arranging the generator." 3. Food Charges are High- Food charges was not value for money. If without electricity you can survive then book this guest house. Get ready for Mouse too.

1. They behave like hooligans. They even threatened us saying Mathura se bahar nahi jaane denge. 2. Extremely unmanaged. At 11'o clock, our room was full of mosquitoes(probably 1000s of them). It looked like they were hoarded behind the doors. They were all over the place. 3. We went downstairs to complain just to get a threatening behaviour in response. Won't recommend this place at all.

Hotel is new but maintenance is utterly worst, if you are occurring ground floor or first floor then ready to live with rodents, full of Rats fighting. No use of complaining to the hotel manager or staff.

Very good place near Prem mandir. But the service here is quite poor. If u wanna stay here better eat outside. Only servants attitude problem otherwise gud place to stay.
