Our stay at ISKCON Vrindavan with family was a truly divine experience. The location is perfect, with prime spots and temples nearby, making it easy to explore. The on-site Govinda’s Restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious prasadam—pure, satvik, and prepared with devotion. The ISKCON temple itself is a must-visit, with its beautiful architecture, soulful kirtans, and the serene presence of Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundar. Participating in the aartis and spending time in the temple brought immense peace and joy. This stay was both comfortable and spiritually uplifting, leaving us with hearts full of bliss. This is a well managed guest house particularly pilgrims having faith in krsna. This is my prime avenue to stay if i am in Vrindavan, though it is not free of cost but whatever they charge is worth paying. One thing i found a bit difficult is the rigidity of dates to stay(if you extend your plans any further).

You can't expect any service as it's a guest house and rooms are lil noisy specially towards the back lane from 109- 114 and old constructed..

I recently stayed at the Krishna Balaram Guesthouse in Vrindavan, expecting a comfortable and convenient stay given ISKCON's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations in many ways. The room lacked basic amenities like dustbin and the washroom didn't even have the basic toiletries or even a tissue paper roll. The furniture was worn out and old, and the floors were unclean. Even after charging high room rents for AC room, the AC in my room wasn't in a working condition. To make the stay even more unpleasant and inconvenient, the shower in the washrooms wasn't working, and despite my request to the reception, no one bothered to address the issue or offer a room change. Also, the food at the Govinda restaurant was overpriced and did not meet my expectations. Moreover, throughout the two days of my stay, no one followed up for cleaning the room or changing the spreadsheets. Basic facilities like drinking water were also not provided in the room, and the overall maintenance of the room was sub standard. These are basic facilities that should be available in any guesthouse. Furthermore, I learned that there is a separate guesthouse exclusively for foreigners that offers a much higher standard of accommodation, comparable to a five-star hotel. This disparity is disappointing and unfair to other guests who expect a certain level of comfort and service from ISKCON. Overall, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve facilities and services.

It is also called angeregi temple guest house as more foreigner stay there .If you are planning to visit Vrindavan be sure you visit the right temple. This is not the actual Vrindavan temple but a temple made and regulated by Iskcon. Though a worth place to say and at the same time be connected with Lord Krishna. If you are a life time member do booking in advance else the room cost is a bit high. You have to pay for your food at Sri Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir international guesthouse. Better you stay somewhere else as the food is also overpriced. If it is just about staying near the temple and be timely present for aarti go for it. but room maintenance low quality. It stink with no cleaning . Room rates very high
