Castilo Inn Hotel Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Castilo Inn Hotel apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how impeccably clean the entire property was. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for the staff. The room itself was modern, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine with high quality toiletries provided. The attention to detail was evident everywhere from the fresh linens to the spotless floors and surfaces. What really stood out to me was the level of service. The staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The housekeeping team was discreet and efficient, and I never once had to worry about cleanliness during my stay. I haven't seen 5 star hotels this clean. The room was immaculate. Overall I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel. It offered an exceptional blend of comfort, cleanliness, and service that made for a truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a olace that goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. I will definitely be staying here again

Very clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location close by to lots of restaurants, shops and malls. The only drawback is this place does not have an elevator. So if you are on floors one or two, you would need to go up and down the stairs. We had to change our stay to the ground floor as we had elderly family members who could not climb stairs. So management, please consider adding an elevator

Wonderful staying experience. Very clean rooms and comfortable stay it was. Staff were good and supportive. Restraunt is not there and we will have to go out for food and snacks.

Avoid this apartment booking service at all costs! They confirmed my reservation, only to later renege and claim it was booked through a third-party website. I strongly caution against trusting their verbal assurances and booking directly over the phone. Regrettably, I had to call off my trip as it was during peak season and it was a disastrous experience.

I had a terrible experience with this apartment booking service. Despite confirming my booking, they later claimed it was made through an online platform. I strongly advise against booking directly with them over the phone. Unfortunately, I was forced to cancel my trip due to the peak season and it was a completely unsatisfactory experience. Beware and avoid using their services!

Wonderful facility. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Very clean and cozy. We took 1BHK and 2BHK for whole family in the adjacent Casa Allay part of the property too. Highly recommend this if you opt for a good, safe and cozy stay at Edapally. Through booking.com genius level got additional discount making it much affordable.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and courteous. Apartment is generously furnished, extra bed provided upon request. Toilets and rooms are very clean and spotless! Would visit again, recommend this hotel! Thank you to the wonderful staff Anas and Manish for the wonderful hospitality!

Great value for money. Good floor area. Child friendly. Service oriented and friendly staff. Parking available. Apartment like setup.
