Cloud Stay

Hotel rooms were having seepage over the walls. Bed sheets were dirty. Room service was third class. In the morning, there was no hot water in the bathroom. After repeated intercom calls no one picked at reception. I called the other number but that person said I am kitchen staff I dont know about this. Then I called on mobile number given in the menu. Hebalso didn't respond well. Height of non response reached when the kitchen person put the phone receiver aside so as to avoid calls from me. Even after putting all effort there was no avail. Finally I had to bath in cold water. Very poor hotel, staff behavior and service. I wish I could give it negative rating

They did not honor my booking that I made months ago due to Diljit's concert and gave my room to someone else. They could have informed in advance, cancelled my booking on agoda so I could have looked at alternative accommodation, but I found out when I visited the hotel late in the evening. Incompetent staff and greedy owners Zero business ethics, would avoid this place

I had stay there for four days. The service was quite poor. The staffs are not professional. I went to Kamakhya temple for worship with my family. There was some stains of kachha dhaga which was washable, but they took more than two thousand rupees for the stain. I didn't recommend any one for staying there.

Many basic things actually cost extra money, like towel, handsoap etc. We were refused at the door because of a "no foreigner" policy, after insisting to stay, we could enter the premise. Staff did not seem so friendly, unfortunately. Food came on time. Wifi is there but quite slow.

We had a good stay for a night at this property and the staff is kind especially Nava Jyoti understood our requirements and assisted by doing the needful.

I didn't suggest for stay here. The behave of staffs is not good. Service is very poor. If you ordered food or tea, they will take after one hours. The hotel is new but staffs is not professional
